I love their post and holiday drinks. Usually always see nutritional places have a very basic peanut butter protein, but they put an amazing twist and taste to their recipes. The ladies are so very friendly and helpful when you’re having a hard time choosing what to try. Nothing there disappoints, ever. There is always something for a craving and…. It’s fresh!

Honestly, the most delicious juices/bowls/shakes & so healthy. The owner is so friendly every time I come in. Also follow them on instagram, they announce seasonal menus and sales! Portions are big and prices are reasonable. Definitely better than Starbucks! This place is a must try!!!

I am not a morning person but when I show up on my way to work they are so friendly, it instantly puts me in a better mood. The teas are my favorite (Pica Fresa is a must!) along with the warm banana nut oats and the protein bites. You will not regret stopping by!

Best protein smoothie I’ve ever had. Lots of protein shakes leave a weird or chalky after taste, but there’s none of that here. Liz and her staff are the best and the shop is such a vibe.

This was one of the best places I have ever eaten at💗🫶🏼☮️🧚🔥🌴💫 They provide you with the perfect amount of food and it leaves you feeling healthy too! The customer service was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about trying it out!
