Thank God for the reviews. I’m 20 and never dealt with accidents. Got a cute piece of mail from these people claiming my medical bill was $480.00 and a lein amount of 4 though something.. mmm. Keep in mind this isn’t a BILL! Scam

BE AWAREEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The absolute worst company to work for. Listen to the reviews they are not lying. This company discriminates against employees, commits fraud by sending out fraudulent emails and letter to collect on medical bills that were already paid. The pay is soooo low it’s unbelievable the amount of work they expect for such a low paying gig. In addition to that customers please be aware!!!!!!! Do not call back or email or reply to any emails from this company. They will take your information and bill you, they also sell your information including sensitive, personal, confidential information. Please do not trust anyone who calls from this company saying they are the provider. I’ve been on both ends and it’s all fraudulent. They’re making millions running a company that is based on false claims and using people’s information for profit.

I would give this company zero stars. I was in a car accident in Oct 2023 that was the other drivers fault. I went thru treatment and I still am not back to 100%. The at fault insurance agent and I have been trying to call multiple time a day and send several emails in response to a bill they sent in on Nov 27th 2023 and after contacting the original billing agent who sent the letter and two different supervisors phone numbers the only people I can get thru to is the front desk and while they are extremely polite, they just send me to another voicemail box. It shouldn’t take more than 3 months to respond to a phone call. It is beyond unprofessional, almost bordering on fraudulent! I have seen multiple other similar reviews and reports from others who could not get thru either. This company should be investigated.

This company is awful. They illegally got information about my Wife, then sent her a letter saying they were putting a lien on her insurance without even giving her a bill. We have been trying to reach this "Representative" for a month now. 6 calls and voicemails, 4 emails, and still not a peep from her. However she finds the time to talk to our insurance company and get unlawful information about my Wife. We don't hear from them soon I'm retaining my lawyer and sueing them.

This company called me for insurance information due to a car hitting my 11 year old son and while looking for it which I was not looking for it very long the lady got extremely upset it seemed and told me to call him back. I then found the info like 2 seconds later and called back. When I did call them back somebody picked up started talking about a bus and then hung up on me. When I did get someone it seemed to go quick and fast. The first 2 people were unprofessional in my eyes.

Received a letter called twice no return call. Looked online for another number called to give them information so they could get paid. You would think that the woman that sent the letter with her contact information would have called back after I left two messages. Very unprofessional.

Horrible company. Your rep will never will call you back. I had to call and try to get somebody else to provide the car insurance claim number to for medical payments. The they don’t even put the info in the system and I get a bill that was to be covered by the other persons auto insurance.

We went to the hospital due to my wife having a headache the day after a car accident. To make sure there was notjing wrong. The hospital heard car accident and got this company involved. This place contacted us thru the mail. I responded by mail and fax explaining the situation. That her visit had notjing to do with the accident. The next month we received a letter where the filed a lien against our auto insurance company. It took 3 days of calling and requesting supervisors names before I finally got to talk to someone. I explained the whole thing and the lady said she would check into it. She called me back and said she would remove the lien and send me a letter stating that. Still have not received that letter.
