Love this place. Beautiful furniture. I bought a futon and it is amazing. Great staff and service. Take note though, this furniture is pricey.

Retreat has a great selection of quality rustic cabin themed furniture great for the area. The sales team are helpful and some have been there for a while and will recognize you even with long gaps between visits. Adam was a great help finding what i needed but I’ve had similar good experience with the rest of the team as well in the past.

The store was nicely arranged and had a great selection of Northwoods style furniture and accessories. Our sales associate was very helpful. However, I do not plan to return. We traveled two hours to purchase particular prints. I called in advance to check on availability. My husband wanted one print on the wall that was not available on the floor. Another sales associate was not interested in taking the available print off the wall and made it clear how he felt about the request. That is off for a furniture store, where art pieces are routinely removed off the walls. Thankfully, our sales associate was willing to help and we left the store with the 3 prints we were interested in. We also sensed a clear distinction in how customers of a certain affluence were addressed and treated. Thus, though our associate was great and our prints were exactly what we were looking for, we left with a negative experience and do not plan to return for future furnishing needs.

Good price, good product, great delivery service but terrible salesperson experience. Lynn Marie made the experience of ordering and receiving your product enormously difficult. Then after all that, when she seemed to overcharge me, ignoring me inquiries, I asked for the owner and he corrected her. I thought her ongoing laughing at me was inappropriate. Her remarks often hurt my feelings. Please call me if you would like some detail. I don’t want to do anything other than be of some assistance in improving your image and her behavior.

Beautiful Store and much of the rustic furniture is made locally. Staff were very helpful and went that extra mile to get my pieces delivered timely. The delivery team was also wonderful and kept me up to date as to the delivery time and put the pieces in their places for me. I will back regularly. Love to browse. Thank you

If you want a company that is family friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Then Retreat is the place to shop. Nick was awsome and fun to work with. Very knowledgeable. The delivery guys were very nice, courteous, respectful of our home and new furnishings. I would highly recommend them and we will be purchasing from them again. Thank You Very Much We are really Happy.

As always, our experience at Retreat was great! They always check to see if we would like any help, yet are not at all pushy. Very helpful, checking inventory, looking things up if we have questions, etc. We return regularly because of the sales associates and other staff and because we love the quality furniture!
