Had a wonderful 3 night stay at this little Inn in Seward, with it's gorgeous beach and views. Would have added at least another night to do more hiking and kayaking. Owners were a wealth of information and their recommendations for dinner and "stuff to do" were perfect. Dinner at Athenas, Harding Ice Field hike, All-day Glacier/Wildlife cruise, etc. Bedding, toiletries, cleanliness, breakfast...all top marks. We booked the downstairs queen bed with living/kitchen. It was a bit noisy due to it's downstairs location...but comfy bed, cool breeze, wonderful owners, and gorgeous views are what we'll always remember. Thanks for sharing your wonderful spot.
This was our favorite place on our 10 day Alaska vacation. Kendall was super easy to deal with and so very nice. Can’t beat the location for tranquility and beauty, and the beds were the most comfortable we have experienced on our travels! Great home cooked breakfast! We were fortunate to be there on doughnut day… homemade doughnuts were out of this world and had great fellowship with other guests and the head cook. What a wonderful way to start a day. We also rented the truck from Kendall and this was super easy and a nice perk. Can’t say enough good things about the place and the people here. Highly recommend!!
Beautiful lodge on the water. Room #4 was quite, cozy and comfortable. The deck facing the ocean is perfect for relaxing with a glass and watching the boats and mountain view. Nicely appointed kitchen, great breakfast and close to Seward for restaurants and activities. The hosts were super friendly and helpful! No hesitation in recommending to family and friends.
A very tranquil and comfortable stay overlooking the beautiful Resurrection Bay. The owners/hosts are super friendly and 100% involved in every aspect of your stay, from checking you in, to baking fresh brownies and cookies, to helping cook the breakfast. Every little detail was perfect, from the clean and bright rooms to the freshly ground and brewed coffee. A definite place to stay when in the Seward area!
This is an older property where the owners are working hard to keep it well maintained. Our room was upstairs over the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the views were fantastic. Breakfast is included and was very good. If you want a quiet place to relax and enjoy the bay after a long day, this is a great place.
We loved our stay at Resurrection Lodge. The breakfast was great, rooms clean and cozy with comfortable beds, and the location can’t be beat if you’d like to be near the water, trails and quiet. The hosts and staff are welcoming, kind and professional. We hope to come back some day.
My husband and I felt at home and relaxed. Not hard to do with the tranquil view of the bay and a glass of wine to go with it! The bedding at this lodge was top notch, soft and inviting, that I actually bought the same bedding for my home! Breakfast to get us started and sweet treats in the afternoon. Clean, quiet and inviting! You will not be disappointed with this family run lodge. We will be returning on our next adventure to Alaska! Thank you Kendall and Michelle for a memorable stay and hospitality!
The view was unbelievably beautiful. The deck overlooking the water had nice chairs, along with tables and heaters. We enjoyed our breakfast from the kitchen while watching sea lions and whales! All staff was so friendly and offered all kinds of recommendations of things to do in town. The rooms were clean, each bedroom had its own little bathroom. The view itself made the whole trip!

Beautiful views all around. You will pass through the Chugach Forest if you're driving down south to Seward. Watch out for Moose ð« crossing the roads. Maintain your distance if you stop for photos as moose are known to charge if you're too close.
During my recent visit to this breakfast spot in Seward, Alaska, I was absolutely blown away by the stunning views and unique atmosphere of that place. The coffee was simply amazing and the cute souvenir shop was a nice touch. However, I was a bit di
Best decision of the trip. This experience was amazing and the gold star tickets are well worth the cost. I'll be honest I spent 70% of the train ride on the balcony. The photos are just 20 of over 150 taken on the train ride.
Absolutely incredible food. Delicious, came out hot and quickly. So happy we found this place for a cold winter day! We got the chicken mash, mac n cheese and quesadilla special. 100/10. Highly recommend!!
Absolutely wonderful hike! Got about 850-950 ft up the mountain and took the pics posted. Could see all the way to south end bay. Good hiking shoes needed if wet as there are some elevation changes and some water crossings. None are difficult yet th
Stopped at the Mudd Hutt for breakfast before driving back to Anchorage. The service was prompt and friendly- and the breakfast sandwiches were great! They also treated us to some home made donuts they were trying for their menu- bonus! A great place
My 7 year Olds favorite playground out of three visited. Lots to play with and challenge movement and imagination. Also has a skate park for the older kids and a great walking path for adults.
