Reston Inn & Suites - Hotel in Spencer - 10 11th St SE, USA

Just wanted to let you know that we were very impressed with our recent stay Saturday night. We checked in a bit late and Dawn the front desk lady greeted us with a pleasant smile and friendly disposition. We got checked in quickly and the room although a bit dated, was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the towels were super soft. I don’t think I have ever had such soft towels, not even at home. What is your secret? Thanks again!

I cancelled a reservation and held a reservation via phone with front desk in just a minute or two. The process was professionally handled in a very polite manner. I was/am pleased.

The over-night lady, Donna I believe was her name, was amazing!!! Thanks so much for understanding a 2 year old that just wants to walk around. The room was amazing and breakfast food was great. Thanks again for the amazing comfort and stay!!

Honestly a fantastic stay. Under new management and the new staff is nothing less than warm and inviting. Spacious room, cold A/C, MASSIVE tvs, Spacious Mini-fridge and new microwaves in the room. Extremely comfortable stay and I honestly wish I was in the area still to book another night. Definitely worth every penny.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I felt that the breakfast was lacking a little bit but it is nice that they keep it out 24 hours a day. At least some of it so you can always grab a quick snack

Stayed here for an event in Arnolds Park. It's only 20 minutes from the Park and a lot cheaper to stay in Spencer.||Easy to find (right on the main drag), easy to check in with diligent and friendly staff. Quiet, clean, nice breakfast menu. Spacious room. Slept fine. Right across the street from a nice sit down restaurant (or close to fast food if you want it).||Highly recommend. Great value.

Very clean , kind service and great breakfast . My husband stayed here 2 weeks before I got in town and he enjoyed his stay and we had to return 2 times to finish a job and the staff was very accommodating with our service dog. All 3 rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The beds were very comfortable and they had all the need toiletries needed for showering and a hair dryer and iron that worked properly. They have Wi-Fi and cable along with roku television and a swimming pool and hot tub available indoors. Outdoors is a covered seating area and grills for cooking that were cleaned both times we used them. No smoking indoors so the rooms smelt nice . And although we were an hour late checking out they did not charge additional fees they just requested we state we needed to inform them of a late checkout. It’s in the central part of the city so Walmart was close . Also a great Mexican food restaurant across the street along with a few other near restaurants, fast food within .5-1 mile, and delivery is accepted if you want to order in . But don’t miss the breakfast it is very good and well setup.
