Terrible customer service. The food is okay but the way you are treated and made wait for even a glass of water is ridiculous. Never going back to this place. The only two times I went, the owners were extremely disrespectful. If you go there, make sure you have at least 2 hours of just waiting for a drink, then another 2 for food, and another 1 for your ticket. Waste of time and money.
Good food would love it otherwise if it wasn't for the customer service.
Summary: we order champurrado (Mexican drink) the estimate was 20 mins so we paid upfront we figure we could do other errands while we waited. We came back to then be told that it would be 15 more mins( we decided to wait no problem even though it took us 30 mins to come back so we figure we gave extra time)
So we waited, we walked up after about 7 mins to ask how long, they tell us another 20 mins so now we are here 45 to 50 mins still no drinks... we then voice the concern to whom we belive was the owner, he pretty much us tell us you can either wait or leave ( we aren't about to leave for something already paid for) he continued to be really rude to me and family he procced to go hide in the kitchen and left his wife "apologize" for him, we got our money back but wasted an hour for nothing... keep in mind during this time we
1. Ate at Mckinneys
2. Ordered chippotle
And still our drinks were not ready
A) Lear the if you give a wrong time to a customer you need to apologize not gaslight your customers
B) offer explanations "we are sorry about the long wait, it was due to _____"
C) Don't be a complete jerk to a customer that was willing to wait 40+ mins for your product
D) If you don't know how long something may take please disclose that.

Missed having pupusas and they are definitely the ones we have missed.
This place was soo good, definitely recommend coming here. Most definitely the best Mexican food I’ve tasted!!

Good, smaller sized coffee shop. They have a line of booths, with lots of plugs to charge your electronics. There's a corner with some coustioned chairs, but no plugs there. My latte was very good. The woman who took my order was nice.

Stopped for lunch. Had the chimichanga. It was huge! And delicious. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very clean place. Restroom was cleanest I've seen in a long time! I would definitely stop here again when back in town.
