I don't do reviews. Ever. However, I must say, this place has not so great reviews. And it's completely invalidated. Moh and crystal do their best here every day. This location is not the best for escaping the fall of society. Not even the price keeps out the lowest of the low. However, the location is great access to the highway, great access to downtown, great access to quick bites to eat. The price makes it easy to afford a night, a week, a month, and still have money left over to keep gas in your car and keep food in your belly. My wife, kids, and I stayed here for a few weeks while we transitioned to a new property. We never saw bedbugs that were present in the reviews on Google. We never saw cockroaches that were present in the reviews on Google. Instead, we heard fighting between customers, which was quickly quelled by the staff. Just a reminder of what a lack of respect society has. Stay here if you need to. It's worth having the extra cash in your pocket. Keep doing your best staff! We booked 2 nights. Got there and the room was filthy. We checked back out and let them know our room was not acceptable. The whole hotel was lacking cleanliness. We were told we would get a refund for the 2nd night and they have NEVER issued us the refund. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The pool was not available, the bed sheets were stained, comforters were ripped on both beds. This place is unacceptable in so many ways. Don't waste your money here

The room was filthy with dirt & dust on the floor & closet. The microwave was filled with food grime & disgusting. The 3 drawers were full of dirt, trash & clothes. I asked the front desk the next morning if someone could correct these issues. Nothing was done when we returned later that night, nor the next day when I brought to their attention again. We stayed 3 nights. Basically, only the bathroom & sink were cleaned but the shower curtain was full of mold & stunk. It seems that this place caters to long term stays as there were several guests with barking dogs & electric wheelchairs in the hall. I wouldn't recommend homeless to stay here! I wish I could give a negative 0 stars.

I cannot believe I am just adding another of these reviews to the stack. I booked two rooms through Travelocity. Upon walking in, it was a little stinky and damp but nothing I haven’t encountered at a cheap hotel before. Amongst other things, this was a generally very sketchy place. The staff was nice. However, when we woke up, we had itchy bites all over us. There were roaches on the walls and bedbugs in the bed. Because I didn’t know/say anything until the next morning, there was nothing that could be done. I just wanted my money back at least because now I am scared that I am going to have to face this problem at home if the bedbugs travel home with us.

I would give this motel an overall 4/5 stars. You get what you pay for! There was a teenager screaming at her mother and police were called. The staff seemed to handle that appropriately. I was there for 4 nights. My room was clean! The microwave, you had to slam to shut. The mini fridge wasn't working. But.. like I said before.. you get what you pay for. I did meet 2 amazing workers whist there. First, I'm shouting out to Kimberly! She was absolutely amazing. I was having a hard time sleeping due to the neighbors next door being a little too loud for my liking. I went downstairs and she took her time to see if I was alright and just sat there and talked to me for a few minutes. As much as I wanted to continue talking all night, she had to get back to work. She was absolutely amazing! Hard worker! If I come back, I hope to see her because she acted as a friend, which is what i was needing at that time. I liked her hospitality. The other shout out is who they call "Wheels" I would see him almost all day, everyday, working his behind off! It was very inspiring! He didn't use his disability as a crutch. Instead, he tended to the property and every time I saw him he was always so busy. Wish I could have told him he was doing an amazing job! This motel may not be perfect, but it really speaks volumes when you have such caring, compassionate, hard workers working for it. Keep up the great work! I see a lot of potenial there!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. We only stayed here for one night bc we are on a road trip and we were tired. But OMG. When we got to our rooms it was a disaster. So bad. There is nail polish on on the wall, dirt marks everywhere, shower curtain has a big stain on it, the room smelt like a sewer, the beds had black marks on it, the microwave is HORRID looking, so is the fridge, half of the lamps don't turn on. The trash can is not cleaned out. The microwave and fridge isn't even cleaned. The sheets smelled like B.O. please clean your rooms. There were knife holes drilled in the walls.

The night staff are rude and appeared to be under the influence. I was doing laundry from being on the road for days, needed 1 dollar in quarters too finish drying my load and was told to go across the street to get them. Great experience until that 1 individual pissed me off

The lady at the front desk was nice. Only a smoking room was available, despite me booking a non-smoking room. The hallways were gross, with trash everywhere. Not recommended unless you want a cheap place.
