As employee #34 I have seen the company grow from @ restaurant interviews, to a corporate space. No noticeable changes in feeling or approach FROM Resolute. We are now north of 80+ employees, again NO NOTICEABLE changes in connectivity. I can TEXT THE CEO - whom I respect greatly. I admire her hiring strategies. I admire how she responds to my texts or emails. I admire her slowness to hire, and how that seems to be the case with the HR department (we now have). I admire the hiring of a lot of family members. I admire the lack of nepotism, each and every hire of family are extremely capable, compassionate, hard working, and knowledgeable people. Resolute is a company I plan on remain at until my career is over.
