Residential Inn - Motel in Elkhart - 3214 S Main St, USA

This is a great family-owned place! Everyone was so nice and the service was awesome from the initial phone call with the daughter to me checking in with the dad. I was made to feel as if it were an honor for them to have me as a guest and not just someone needing a room for the night! I was told to go check out my room to make sure everything was satisfactory and if I needed anything to let him know. The room was nice and clean and comfortable! And the price was great! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an affordable place to stay. The rate is fair, the rooms are clean and the staff makes you feel at home. It is owned by the nicest family and it was a pleasure to be a guest there.

This is a very cute and nice place to stay 😊 the rooms was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice 😀 the price was very nice. Daily or weekly prices as well. They have a cute little place that you can set outside and the yard is pretty with all the flowers 💐 we added this place to our favorite 😍

Been years since I’ve been there , was just there for a few hours due to a power outage but it was much nicer than before. Really enjoyed the court yard and management there. They were so polite.. promised I’d leave a review

First let me say the management is by far the most friendly family I’ve encountered! Rooms are clean and it’s very peaceful!

An update on the Residential Inn I've been living in Elkhart all my life and I've been here Several times over the years It had a very bad reputation but all that has changed it is upgraded it is very clean very quiet very comfortable very good place to stay now the new managers are on top of the game so I give this place and very much deserved five stars....thank you crystal&shawn

Was very clean and very polite. Checking. In and out. And the room servis. Guy he was so sweet when I said we was good and dint need anything.

My car broke down at the auto store down the road, thankfully Residential Inn had a open room. The woman working (crystal) was so nice, she was very helpful and kind! However these rooms are NOT handicap accessible. The bathroom is very small and the window would not shut all the way or lock and there's no coffee or any sort of vending machines. The rooms are very clean though!
