Horrible management. That is what the issues came down to. They would not enforce their own rules or fix the issues. The 3rd floor building always smelled like cheap, nasty weed. They knew who was doing it but never dealt with it. We got locked out of the building during a horrible storm because the doors locked. The TV at the pool was broken for over 6 months. The flooring in the hallways and apartments were crap and sank in multiple spots. Our OUTDOOR windows were messed up because of being hit by sunlight... Yes, I wrote that correctly. Any issue the apartment had and was reported was fixed as cheaply and slowly as possible. We cancelled our lease early because the air quality and 2nd hand smoke was so bad. It would be sinking into our apartment. This is a smoke free facility. The price we paid for this "quality" did not match. Broken down vehicles were in the parking lot for our entire lease. This place was worse than the $650 apartment we lived at before. Also, I am disabled. We moved into our apartment and there was mold all over the shower. I spoke directly to management and she said can't you just clean it yourself? I said it's hard for me to get on the floor like that. She still insisted I clean it. So glad to be gone.

From the insane weed smells to the idiots that don’t understand a trash schedule, extremely terrible build quality(all the trims in the apartments , flooring, water issues etc) they can’t even fix the front doors immediately if the key scanner/lock thing breaks . Not to mention it freaking snows and after 24hours they can’t even clear the sidewalks and make it safe to walk . Save your time and money unless if you smoke and don’t care about trash in the halls lol or trim pieces falling off the walls. I almost forgot to mention how the outside pool big screen has been broken for over 7 months . The lights on the upper deck are always broken . The grills are nasty or broke . Only thing that works well is the hot tub lol . Which this place has a serious issue with people that don’t live here hopping the fence to enjoy that and leaving it filthy . They don’t have security cameras in many areas and don’t care when people vandalize the property. Pathetic this place is. Don’t expect to feel safe when people can force the doors open and walk around the hallways and look under your door .

Everything has been great living here. The only thing I don't like is that it says I'm past due every month for around $40, when i pay the amount that it shows. Not sure why. But that's my only complaint.

Very disappointing complex. Gates and key entry always have issues since I moved in. The pool is mostly used by non residents on the weekend making it impossible to enjoy the space. Trash is everywhere and the grills dont always function. And you pay an extreme price and still cannot enjoy it. Living here has proved this is not a luxury space at all. Very disappointing.

So I have to come back in here and wait my review. At first it was a challenge and I have to admit I was not the nicest person once the complex was sold to a new company. So I was upset about a lot of things in the beginning. I have to say management has been pretty spectacular since and I have to change my review. I had an issue come up and management did not have to notify me and or tell me about the issue but they did and I 100% Will appreciate them for that. Without going into details I just have to say thank you and you guys have been a real life saver!!

Still something going on with water due to it still not getting hot in restroom so I put in another work order due to this reason. Thank you

I lived here for a year and had no complaints. Every so often the gates and door system would not work, which was frustrating, but maintenance was always on top of requests and the community was maintained very well! Would suggest if ever living in this area!

Don’t move in here. I feel so unsafe. I’ve been here for 2 years and once new management took over everything changed in a terrible way. EDIT:: I went to the office to discuss the reason for the rating. The office manager was SO RUDE, she was entirely irritated with me for bringing the issues to her attention (such as their key system not working and being locked out of my apartment) and she talked over me while claiming “they’re working on it” and “we just took over management so be patient”. NO, they’ve been here for 7+ months with endless issues that started when they took over. I’ve had to have my keys reset at least five times. They basically admitted that the rules of the complex only apply while they’re in office Monday-Friday because they can’t do anything about it. I’m paying 3k to get out of this garbage can and am seeking legal advice. Would you pay $3,000 + two months rent (~$6,000) to leave a place that isn’t upholding its end of the lease? Edit again:: lollllll their response to this was, yet again, “we’re working on it”
