This hotel was great and the staff was super friendly! I had to stay here for 4 months on a business trip and everything was super clean but most importantly for a single women like me very safe! I would definitely recommend staying here either for long business trips or just a girls shopping weekend considering it’s connected to the mall! You guys were great! Thank you again!

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The pool was so relaxing, gym was clean and all the machines worked, I loved the fire pit, the lobby is amazing with lots of seating and TVs. My room was comfortable, I didn’t hear any noise from surrounding rooms or from outside and my window was facing the parking lot. I’d definitely come back.

I lodged at this property for about two weeks while handling some family business in the area. It was my first time at this hotel and was beyond happy with my choice. |The staff from introduction at the desk and housekeeping and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and professional.|I slept soundly with no noise and comfortable bedding and started each day with the breakfast that was complimentary and offered choices for anyone, including those with different dietary needs.|Thank you for an exceptional stay your hotel; I will return when I visit my hometown in the future.

I'm a Marriott Platinum Elite member. I travel a lot. I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels. Some are great, others run down. Some are well staffed, some not so well staffed. This one has a complete JERK of a manager! When I made the reservation week ago, I requested a late checkout. That’s a perk of being a Platinum Elite member. It matters to me. When I arrived, I confirmed the late checkout. No problem. At 11:46AM on the Sunday of my last day, the housekeeper knocked on the door. I told her I have a late checkout and went about my business. Moments later the manager called my room. He told me they're busy and have 49 checkouts today and that I had 5 minutes to leave my room or be charged with another day. I explained the steps I had taken and he tried to tell me that he "wasn't the person who checked [me] in". I told him that’s not my problem -- that this isn't the first time I've checked into a Marriott hotel -- it's actually the third this week -- and that I'm acutely aware of and follow the process. Dejected that his bullying tactic didn't work (like they have enough housekeepers to clean 40 rooms in 2 hours), he said I could have my 2PM late checkout. What a complete jerk! I'll never return. Ever. And neither will anyone at my company. I guarantee that! About the hotel: there are 3 carts in the whole place...for 40 checkout's on a Sunday afternoon. The signage for the elevators is wrong -- at the wrong end of the hallways if you can believe it -- yet nobody has corrected it. The elevators have buttons missing -- front desk lady said it's been like that for a while "but they're not important buttons, so it still works just fine." There's no drawer in the room for utensils -- they're on a shelf in a plastic container. Bedroom 2 is so small you can't layout luggage anywhere other than on the bed or in the kitchen...and there's no folding luggage in either bedroom, which makes no sense whatsoever. The good: it's close to a mall and ballpark. The rooms were clean, albeit dated, and the table and chairs which is positioned in the middle of the kitchen, can be moved against the wall where it was supposed to be in the first place so you can plug in your computer. Avoid this place like the plague. No place is worth being bullied. And there are Marriott and other hotels within walking distance to choose from. What a jerk!

The rooms were beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Needed a place to call home for a few days in between homes as we moved, and i could not have picked a better place. Super convenient check in, and great access to streaming services on the TV. The best part was being connected to the mall.

The BEST service I have ever received at any Marriott. Huge shout out to Nicole Carnevale to make a crazy day feel calm and relaxing. She not only was kind but also made the experience smooth and can tell she cared about all the guest. I would recommend this location highly! The room was clean and all asked accommodations were made that were requested. I was welcomes with a hand written note thanking me for coming back as well as a cute thank you bag. I travel a ton with my work and truly the best customer service and clean hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms were a nice size, clean, and reasonably well maintained. Our room had 2 bedrooms, and 1 of them was an icebox from the A/C, and the other was a sweatbox with only 1 vent that blow very little air. The breakfast wasn't worth going downstairs for. It was all bad. I wasn't expecting much beyond editable, but their breakfast fell short of that. Bone dry turkey susage, watery eggs, cold and pastay oatmeal, gross waffles, at least the chocolate milk was cold.

Alyssa at the front desk was so helpful to us the pool was nice and when we sat outside she put the fire on for us she was very nice and helped with anything we needed I would definitely come back here again for sure I loved how helpful and nice Alyssa was at front desk
