First time back since the renovation and the most important thing was fixed which was the rooms were too hot and the temp couldn’t be adjusted. That has been fixed and the room was comfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator. It wasn’t noisy other than an occasional frog sound. The bathroom door was hard to close and there’s no night light so the bathroom bathes the hotel room in light when opened. The pillows are very fluffy for those who like those kinds. The blankets are a bit hot for summer. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly but overworked. Parking is easy but $20 / night.

The rooms are a bit dated, but clean, well appointed and much more than adequate for our large family. The staff is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable which earned them another star from this reviewer Breakfast was first rate. Long or short term, you can book this hotel with confidence.

I have visited this establishment a few times and I'll say the front desk staff have been the most warm and professional, helpful staff I have dealt with. Great job guys!! Also the hotel itself is nice, it's clean, and has large rooms. The little store of snacks inside is convenient. The breakfast is good and hot too. The only downside, is parking. The garage is very small so be careful.

Beautiful rooms, but the carpet is old and has bad smell. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is included, and have a Gym, and drinks for free. For sure we will back here! Thanks for your hospitality. Very convenient location in white plains.

Convenient location, easy access in and around white plains, the staff was great, food terrible. We had a late arrival after traveling for hours for a quick weekend stay, unfortunately it was not a pleasant one. Getting there with 2 kids we truly wanted to rest, the suite had a lot of space, however very dusty, I had a bad reaction as well as my 4 yo which we have really bad allergies, told the staff the next day, they did offer Benadryl which I refused. The sheets were very old & smelled like chemicals. For such an expensive stay I was not pleased at all & definitely not up to Marriot standards. I reached out the day of checking out, they created a case & no one followed up, when I checked in they kept telling me someone from the hotel will reach out. Never happened. The pictures clearly reflect a room that has not been dusted for a very long time.

This beautiful hotel boasts stunning views from the 15th floor. My spacious room (with a king bed) was well-mantaid and featured a unique living room design - two windows forming a triangle, providing a balcony view without actually having one! The breakfast options were decent and plentiful. The location is conveniently walkable from Metro North (just 30 minutes from Grand Central) and surrounded by many cafes. However, note that parking comes at a cost of $20 per night. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a pool, which was a slight disappointment. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

The hotel is located in a desirable location, close to shops, restaurants and transportation.||The rooms are clean, and laid out in a practical, functional way. ||Breakfast is included and is plentiful- perfect for our family of 6. It’s not gourmet, it’s free, so enjoy it and be thankful. We witnessed a few guests be condescending and rude to the staff who were trying to keep up with the morning rush. We found a table each morning except for one which was fine and we ate in our room which had a table, chairs and a large kitchen area. ||All of our staff interactions were pleasant. ||Parking is convenient and located adjacent the entrance. ||The laundry room is excellent with plenty of machines to accommodate all guests. ||The gym is small but clean and well maintained. ||The rooms are the best feature. If you need a place for more than one night and you have a large family, this is the right choice. ||I’d recommend this hotel for families, especially those with young children because the rooms are large and the kids have space to play. The hotel was very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is checks all the boxes for a family with children who need no frills, convenience, practicality, functionality, and clean.

This hotel is dated and the rooms are not clean. The bathroom I had smelled moldy and the towels had a sharp bleach stench to them. Carpet needs to be replaced.
