Having a full kitchen made all the difference! Really nice spacious rooms and great Cutomer Service! Lashay st the front was so kind a caring. I had an opportunity to meet the GM while checking out and you can tell he really cares about the guests experience. That “go above and beyond” customer service attitude starts at the top and flows down to each employee. The housekeeping was so attentive to detail as well.

**★☆☆☆☆ Worst Experience Ever** I recently stayed at Residence Inn Valencia with my son, who is leaving for the Marines, hoping to have a special time together before he takes off for basic training. Unfortunately, our stay was far from pleasant. After a long drive from Phoenix to Valencia, CA, we were assigned room 262. While checking in was a breeze and the room location was a great upgrade, the issues began shortly after. First, the shower was not hot, which was a significant inconvenience. The sheets didn’t fit the pull-out bed, and the TV didn’t work at all. A front desk staff member came up to assist but couldn’t resolve the issues before his shift ended. The next staff member working overnight was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He told us there was nothing he could do, the hotel was sold out, and suggested I find another hotel without offering any assistance to check the sister properties. He said I would receive 7,000 points for the inconvenience, which I never received. My son was unhappy, and so was I. This was the worst experience ever, incredibly stressful, and I will never stay at this location again, in this lifetime or the next. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind.

Really enjoyed this place. Had our two oldest grandkids with us on this trip so we got a room with a foldout. Would not recommend it for extra adults as the mattress is like 4 inches thick but it worked fine for the kids. Room offered everything we needed with a full kitchen, coffee maker, fridge microwave and even two burner stove. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Pool area was small but comfortable and we loved that the pool was heated and warm. Also nice outside seating area with tables and fire pits. Staff were incredibly polite and great customer service. The continental breakfast was well above average by the definition of of continental and was nice to get a quick nutritional value with four of us saving funds to eat out for other meals. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in lots of Marriott Bonvoy hotels before, this one was the weirdest by far. I would certainly advise against staying in this one. The Courtyard Marriott nearby is a much better choice. First, the hotel is so close to the freeway, and the windows are not sound proof, so no matter where your room is the freeway is too loud. The worst part, however, was when a staff member opened the door while I was sleeping. It was after 11 pm. They couldn’t get in because the latch stopped the door, but it woke me up when the door slammed against the latch. I was still disoriented trying to figure out what just happened when the phone rings, it was the front desk saying that they forgot an air purifier in the room and asking me to put it outside the door!! I explained that they woke me up and they apologized and said that they need it. I put it outside the door, but they never retrieved it! I checked out the next day and that air purifier was still outside the door. I complained about this incident in the morning and it didn’t seem like they cared. I called the manger two days later and he said he was going to investigate and get back to me, he never got back to me. As I said, weirdest Marriott hotel ever!

We had an awesome stay! We got a King Studio and it was a perfect fit for me and my family. We got in pretty late, but Daniel at the front desk was so helpful and made checking so easy. He also ran us some toothpaste in the middle of the night. Thank you Daniel! The waffles at the breakfast were so delicious and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Not a bad hotel. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was great. Service was solid. Our room needed some maintenance. A few examples was a loose toilet seat. A wobbly tv stand. No fan in bathroom that has caused a the drywall to be peeling and cracking. The mirror in the bathroom was misaligned. Overall I would stay again would be 5⭐️if there was a little more attention to detail inside the room. Great location right across from Magic Mountain. some underground parking which was nice as it was about 105 degrees when we stayed.

Wonderful stay! The rooms are very spacious and similar to an apartment with a full kitchen, dinning area, living room and separate bedroom area. Not only was the room and common areas very clean, but the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They also include a hot breakfast and have a bar in the evenings where you can sit out on the beautiful courtyard with market lighting and fireplaces. ||Highly recommend!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while our water was being repaired at home. Let me start off by saying this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The room was very spacious and the staff were all so helpful and accommodating. That being said the only minor issue was with housekeeping. They were supposed to clean every other day but there was obviously some confusion because we only ended up having our room cleaned one of the days we stayed.. the front desk staff was very apologetic about it so I won't knock a star for something that minor. But in the future please make sure guests rooms are being cleaned more regularly. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking with them in the future! Thanks for the awesome stay!
