This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. Property was clean, staff was friendly and rooms were clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. Gym, pool and laundry on site, outdoor basketball court and patio with tables, fire pit and grill available to use during your stay. Extensive FREE breakfast included in rate. Definitely will stay here again!

Rooms were very clean. Staff were very responsive. When we got to the pool at 8 p.m. there weren't any towels. The other guest said there hadn't been any in a while. We went to the front desk and asked for towels, and the employee brought them right away. We also discovered that the pool was very cold and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. Again, all the other guests were commiserating. After we left the pool, we mentioned it to the front desk. He said he'd been on desk since 2 p.m., and no one had said anything. He immediately went and reset the heater to fix the problem. If something is wrong, let the front desk know so they can remedy the situation. Don't assume they know and don't care. The breakfast options were good. The breakfast area was mindfully laid out, so there weren't a lot of "traffic jams". The waffle station was far enough from the other hot foods etc.

Very clean facility with modern rooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. Free breakfast makes it an even better value. Pool was large, plenty of seating and great outdoor areas to use as well. Perfect overnight stop on our roadtrip.

I stay in about 75-100 Marriott properties a year, and absolutely love the brand. When I checked in a nice gentlemen checked us in, extra star for him. When we got to our room it hadn’t been cleaned. We headed back to get another room, and were greeted by the night manager. She was not very pleasant, which has never been my experience with Marriott. When my parents got to their room there was a slight odor in their room but not horrible. Rooms were a bit dated, but compared to other hotels in Toledo, better.

The location is great with lots of restaurants around and close to the highway. The front desk staff when we checked in (I think it was Josh) was very friendly. We received a goodie bag upon check in and the kids got to pick out cookies, so that was a nice touch. The room was very spacious and though things are a little outdated, the room was clean. The breakfast both mornings were great compared to other hotels. The mixed fruit containers were a great surprise to have. I felt like they had a nice variety of food for everyone. The pool area was clean and always stocked with towels. But the cons for us: It was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The second night I almost woke my family up at 3am to head home because I was so uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy and have zero life left in them. The hot tub wasn't working (no heat) which we were told upon check in, but still disappointed because the main reason I booked there, was that fact it had a hot tub. The pool was freezing cold, even my kids barely wanted to swim. There was not great water pressure for the shower in our room. The pull out bed mattress was extremely thin. One of our kids opted to sleep on the chaise part of the couch instead. The beds, pillows and pull out couches need to be replaced. We would likely not stay here again unfortunately.

Very large, comfortable suite that was perfect for our family of 4's overnight stay during our road trip. This hotel is very convenient to the Turnpike and I-75, making it a great place to stop for a rest on a long drive. It is situated away from everything so it's really quiet despite being close to the highway. Beds/bedding were very nice and we all slept well. Staff was very friendly and everything ran smoothly even though they were very busy.

Positive: Proximity to I-90, cleanliness, safety Negative: Breakfast in the morning could have been better. There was one trash bin in the bathroom, but none in the room. Would be nice, especially for a studio room

Worst Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at and not worthy of the Marriott name. Room was very dirty, bed sheets were stained, and the shower barely had any water pressure. Residents down the hall were just hanging out with their door open playing loud music. Breakfast was horrible and took forever to be replenished. Accosted by a bum in the parking lot asking for money. Will never stay here again.
