Residence Inn Tempe Downtown/University - Hotel in Tempe - 510 S Forest Ave, USA

I just stayed at the Residence Inn Tempe, Arizona, I have stayed there numerous times and have never been disappointed. The staff consistently delivers excellent service, and the rooms are always clean and spacious, offering great value for the price. The rooftop pool is a highlight, with its beautiful views and inviting fire pit. This hotel has truly become my go-to choice in Tempe, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was once again an awesome experience. We were here for my son’s ASU Graduation which worked out perfect! Room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and the service was great. There’s also an excellent full free breakfast in the morning. It’s located right on the northwest side of the ASU campus which worked out great. The rooftop pool is amazing with great views of Tempe, A Mountain and the surrounding area. We’ll be back again soon. Thanks!

Staff unbelievably friendly and professional. Facilities very clean. Breakfast options convenient and delicious. And location great. The bonus of course being that it's in walking distance from great restaurants and shops along with right across the street from the bus station and light rail. Wonderful!

Absolutely fabulous. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were bright, smiles, helpful, and down to earth. The lobby is great and large. The continental breakfast was fabulous. One of the best i've had at marriott's. Location is great and there is a fantastic hiking trail across the street that overlooks the city and the river.

Perfect hotel near campus and next to the ASU stadium. Very clean. Staff is very welcoming and helpful too! Onsite parking is $15/day. The rooftop pool and whirlpool with the mountain view is nice. Nice, small gym on the 11th floor too. Overall a great stay!

This hotel has a great location right next to Sun Devil stadium and within walking distance of many restaurants. The building is nice and rooms were clean. The restaurant and lobby area was also nice. We were able to charge our EV overnight. Only downside was that the staff were not particularly available or helpful.

I told Ivy at the front desk that my room was awesome and I wished I could stay longer. She indicated that I had one of the basic rooms. ||Wow. If that’s basic, the rest must be amazing. I mean, It was big. Lots of space. Full kitchen. Big desk at the window facing A Mountain. ||I could get a lot of work done there

I wish to commend "Ivy" for her professionalism, courtesy, continuous customer service, and dedication to both the Residence Inn Tempe University Hotel and the Hotel's Guests. I came to the hotel 4 weeks prior to our stay to make a reservation. I was so fortunate that Ivy was there. She thoroughly explained all room options, prices, and options for our upcoming stay. Ivy was wonderful, so very knowledgeable, and patient. With Ivy's professional assistance, I booked a suite. We subsequently were fortunate to be greeted by Ivy many times during our April 22 to 26 stay. The Hotel is beautiful, complete with complimentary hot breakfast served daily for 3 hours, and other wonderful hotel amenities. We totally enjoyed our week at this hotel. Please extend our thanks to Ivy and the wonderful Hotel professionals for exceptional service in a wonderfully managed hotel.
