Immediately, the hotel staff greeted me with a warm demeanor. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and welcoming, especially the kind ladies who worked at the front desk. When I returned from the day's activities, I was greeted with a "Welcome back!" from a gentleman staff member -- That was pleasantly unexpected. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, comfortable, pristinely clean, and perfect temperature.

This is a great residence inn. We have stayed here a few times, and we just stayed again over the July 4th holiday weekend. The staff are great. The room was very clean. They are doing a good job maintaining the hotel. It still seems new. The breakfast was good and is typical of the brand. We stay at a lot of Marriotts and residence inns, and this is a good place to example of the brand. We will be back!

Most places I stay with the dogs are not places I would go if I wasn’t traveling with them. This hotel is different.. ||||Wonderful accommodations- clean comfortable room, sparkling facilities and grounds and welcoming to dogs(though the dog fee is a hefty $100). There is a breakfast buffet with the normal make-your-own waffles, cereal,yogurt with toppings and breads as well as eggs and sausages. ||The best part of this hotel though might just be Rhonda. She is part of the breakfast crew and is a cheerful welcoming face in the morning- even at 5 am.

This hotel is tired. Wallpaper coming off, missing tile in the bathroom, caulking coming out in shower.||The bed was reasonably comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good although no bread, just English muffins and mediocre bagels

Staff is impressive. Friendly, helpful, cheerful. Nice modern rooms. Soft towels, comfortable beds and AC works great. Indoor pool is spacious with lots of windows.

My mom and I have stayed at this amazing hotel twice now in the past month as we were in town for a family member's brain surgery at Memorial Hospital. It's a 15 min drive to the hospital but absolutely worth the trek in order to stay in such a great hotel! I must say, the breakfasts are unbelievably yummy and Rhonda and Tina, the ladies who facilitate b-fast are BEYOND AWESOME!!! To be transparent, THEY are one of the main reasons we returned a second time despite the distance from the hospital. Seriously though, EVERY SINGLE employee - from the front desk clerks, housekeeping, and Roy the maintenance man just couldn't have been nicer, welcoming, and caring (regularly asking about our infirmed family member)! This hotel is one of a kind and I can not recommend it any more than I do! 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

I have been to the area a few times and typically stay down-town, but this time I decided to do something different and I am so glad I did. I was traveling for spring break with my high school aged daughter. Having a hotel with free ample parking, a pool, and a kitchenette was perfect for us. The kitchenette was adorable; we brought our own groceries and saved time and money by not eating out (which to me is always a cost killer when traveling). The bed was comfy, the space was perfect for hanging out in the evenings, the pool was a decent size and never crowded, and the staff were all super friendly. I also found the place to be particularly clean.

We've been staying here at least once a year since the place opened. Always clean, comfortable and in great repair. The breakfasts are above average and our traveling companion, Yatta, is always welcome to join us!
