Very pleasant stay. Check in check out process went smoothly. Room was clean. Staff was very courteous. Everyone was super friendly. Breakfast ends a bit after 9 which is early. Location is great to many attractions. Bathroom is a bit outdated

Love this hotel. It was clean. Staff was wonderful. Hot breakfast was the BEST and location was great. It's right across the street from a Cuban restaurant.. you could walk there. And just several blocks from central shopping and a very short drive to the marketplace and Ellis square which is always a must do in Savannah, as well as Bay Street on the water. We always stayed on the riverfront before, wanting to be right there in all the action but this time they were either all booked or very expensive. We took a chance being just a few blocks away coming to this hotel and we have NO REGRETS at all. I'm glad we deviated from our norm and got to experience this hotel and the surrounding blocks. Can't wait to come back.

We love the prime location in downtown historic Savannah, Ga which was so close to everything! The room felt more like a one bedroom townhouse and we discovered the couch in the living room pulled out into a bed,so great for a family. The rooms were modern and clean! Most definately booking again and bringing the kiddos next time!

clean nice set up for a hotel. Friendly, good breakfast. Nice pool. Welcomes doggies and a park next store that you can walk them. It is a pretty place they just remodeled. It is conveniently located to a lot of attractions. I wouldn't just go out walking without knowing where you are though.

This is the nicest hotel I have been to in Savannah! The renovations are complete and the lobby is modern, calming and beautiful. The courtyard and pool are a charming respite after a busy day touring this charming city. The rooms are huge with high ceilings, a full kitchen, work area and large bedroom. It was immaculate and freshly painted. The furnishings were not new but in good condition. The people working at the front desk were cheerful, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was a step up from usual included offerings. We will be back!

As a Lifetime Titanium with Marriott Bonvoy, I've stayed in hundreds of Marriott properties over the last 20 years. This hotel which is not one of the upper end of the Marriott labels, is one of very best I've stayed in in a very long time. The hotel has been renovated and is very nicely done. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning was top notch in steamy Savannah GA. The breakfast was great and for those who like a waffle...they have two waffle makers. Good gym facilities as well. Also a great feature is that is is right down town and walking distance to so much tha Savannah has to offer. The hotel is great but what really sets it apart is the incredible staff. Tashina at the front desk was awesome. Greets everyone with a smile and was so helpful and attentive. Catherine and Leslie made breakfast every morning and did an amazing job. The food was delicious and they were constantly on the move making sure all the breakfast crowd had everything they needed. I wish I had more names but suffice to say that the housekeepers and maintenance people keep everything clean, attended to our needs and really showed pride in their hotel and in the work they were doing. I highly recommend this hotel of you coming to Savannah. Well done !!

Poor value - Parking is non existent, don’t want to park in the obviously dangerous area, pay an additional 30$. Want to bring your dog, pay a fee almost equal to the price of the room. Leave the hotel to walk to your room, get approached by multiple homeless people. Amenities, outdated at best. Days in quality at Marriott price. Do not recommend

Positive: The room was clean with a comfy bed. The front desk staff were polite and eager to help as well as the valet. The location was good. Negative: Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. They assured us housekeeping would freshen it. We couldn¿t tell that was ever done. We stayed three nights and the only time we saw housekeeping was when we were about to check out. Negative: ""
