Excellent stay. General manager and all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful! Although the area is still in development there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. Location is one stop away from the BART which makes it convenient to use, especially if you have an infant but do not have a car seat. San Francisco requires all children up to I believe age 8 to be in a car seat or booster seat. So if you are caught in a fight delay or cancellation and to not have your car seat or did not rent one from the airport the BART may be the transportation to use.||There is free breakfast in the lobby "Pantry" and the spread is quite good. The king bed was comfortable, room AC was cool, room was clean and quite spacious, kitchen amenities adequate, and a good sized refrigerator. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent brand new hotel. Booked two rooms for my family. I love how big the rooms are with a fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast was different and excellent each of the four days we stayed here. Very close to the SF airport and BART. Highly recommend

The room was nice and spacious. The view was not the best-- airport and parking lot, but this does not matter. There were two observation decks on the top floor. Not much to observe, but nice place to hang out around a fireplace outside. They served breakfast, which I enjoyed. Then there was a pool (no hot tub) and gym. Neither were crowded. A gas station and In-N-Out are walkable.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel while visiting the San Francisco area. Our 2-queen room was spacious and well furnished. Most of the room was brightly lit except for the area in front of the TV. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a good selection in a well-presented setting. ||The hotel is conveniently located a 5-minute drive from SFO in what looked like a new development. A gas station was right next door, the entrance to US-101 was nearby, and there were plenty of restaurants a short drive away. There was ample parking in the back of the hotel, though spaces felt tight for our midsize SUV and parking did unfortunately cost $30 a night.

My overnight flight was canceled and I chose this hotel. Super convenient to the airport. Hotel is a year old but feels very new. Victoria at the front desk is awesome - so friendly and helpful. Even with unexpected travel issues which are so negative, staying here for the night made much more positive. Highly recommend from someone who is highly discerning about where they stay.

Lovely room with mini kitchen. Nice facilities like the gym, pool. Great breakfast. Very handy location next to Millbrae Station. Special mention to Eloisa at reception and Lindsay. Eloisa made our stay memorable by her friendliness and helpfulness. Nothing was too much trouble when we required things for our room. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to San Francisco.

We stayed here for 5 days while in the area for a conference. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check-in around 12.30PM on a Saturday and were extended checkout at noon. Conveniently located near the Bart/Caltrain station. Plenty of restaurants/convenience stores at walking distance. The only thing we would want improved is to have hot vegetarian/vegan option as well. Almost everyday there was either meat or egg based veggie item. Would come again!

Whenever I’m passing through SFO I stay at this property. Lisa is Awesome!! I checked in on Friday August 29th for business. Lisa upgraded me and made me feel welcome. The property is new and extremely clean. Lisa is the cherry on top. It’s so refreshing to encounter great customer service. I travel often and I am a life time titanium elite member. Take it from me!! Lisa is a star!! ⭐️
