I recently stayed at the Residence Inn San Bernardino, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, which was a great convenience. The bed was comfortable, and the room layout made it feel more like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, offering a good variety of hot and cold options. The outdoor pool and fitness center were also clean and well-maintained, allowing me to relax and stick to my workout routine. The location is also excellent, close to shopping centers (Costco and Sam’s Club!) and restaurants, which made it easy to grab a bite to eat or run errands. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend the Residence Inn San Bernardino for both short and long-term stays.

I have been traveling back and forth to This area for a year now, and this is my 6th trip in that year. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel, the last few times I stayed at the airport hotel, but I can promise I'll be staying here going forward. The service was amazing and the people were extremely friendly. The room was perfect, and the breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Great customer service at the front desk! Great job! The location was perfect for my trip. The rooms could use some minor upgrades, although the appliances and t.v. we're really good! The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows could have been better. I'm definitely going to come back here if the price of the rooms doesn't go up too much!

Had a great stay here! Rooms were clean and filled with all necessities! Definitely will stay here again! Great breakfast as well! Mini Tabasco bottles were such a great touch!

This breakfast was amazing! Well stocked and fulfilling. Service was great, from tips on where to eat around here to making sure everything was well stocked. Great time, clean rooms, great experience!

The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly! Therese and Michael went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable! Highly recommend staying here for the service alone, but the facilities are quality as well!

The personnel was kind but did not address the many many issues we encountered. I didn't get the two beds I requested and that was rough since my classmate and I were there for night shift clinicals at the hospital nearby. I encountered a cockroach while showering, reported it with picture but nothing was done. And I got bit twice by ants on my hip and one crawled on my face while sleeping. We found ants on our bed. The closet doors were broken and dishes were stained with white and dry particles. It was so dissapointong because the staff was so kind but we had a rough four night stay.

The front desk staff, particularly Terise and Felix, provided exceptional service. Their positive energy and genuine kindness towards my family were standout features of our stay. Their professionalism was a highlight and contributed significantly to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, especially when prepared by the younger chef. On days he was cooking, the meals were well-received and added a pleasant start to the day. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a persistent and unresolved issue with cockroaches in our room. Despite multiple reports to management, no effective action was taken to address the infestation, which significantly detracted from our comfort and experience. Additionally, an encounter with a maintenance staff member in the elevator was particularly disheartening; his dismissive remark about the problem being isolated to our room contradicted evidence from other reviews and photos posted online, suggesting a broader issue. Furthermore, our interactions with the assistant manager, Phillip, were less than satisfactory. His approach, which involved bringing irrelevant issues into the conversation, was unprofessional and did not contribute to resolving our concerns. Another point of concern was the quality of some breakfast items on certain days. We encountered rotten apples and moldy strawberries, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. The lack of attention to the freshness of food served could pose health risks to guests. Lastly, the hotel’s policy of locking the doors between 10 PM and 7 AM was not clearly communicated, leading to an inconvenient situation where we were locked out. Clear signage or prior information about this policy would have been helpful and prevented any misunderstandings. While the staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, the overall management and maintenance of the hotel were lacking. Issues like pest control and food safety are critical areas that need immediate attention to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all guests. We hope that the hotel takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to improve the experience for future visitors.
