I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its management. Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast, is all great things to have; however, to have management that wants your stay wonder is so much better. The manager I believe her name was Linda was kind and funny and helped us with an issue we had with grace. I will absolutely come back to this spot.

Solid extended hotel with large suites in Salinas Service: We really appreciated the room upgrade to a two bedroom suite and the warm check-in. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Room/ suites: We booked a queen bed and appreciated the upgrade to a two-bedroom suite. The suite was large with two separate bedrooms with a queen bed and en-suite bath each. There was a living area with TV, full kitchen, and dining area. The room was on the older side but clean and in good condition. We could’ve used another lamp or two in the living room as it was on the darker side. Facilities: The hotel offers a free hot breakfast with your typical eggs, bacon / sausage, potatoes, and multiple continental items like pastries, yogurts and oatmeal. There’s also a gym area and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Note: self-parking is an additional cost not showing up in the price even though the area isn’t in a highly developed area. There’s a parking lot around the hotel with plenty of spots but there’s also multiple public parking options around.

Stayed at this hotel as our stop from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Room is a bit dated but clean, I have no problem with it. The room is huge, with sofa, complete kitchen amenities, and dining table. Fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, pans included. Plenty of parking outside with a cost of 12$ Free buffet breakfast in the morning with very good selection. They got waffle machine which my kid love to try. They also have washing machine at Level 2 so it’s a very good addition for us!

The perfect home away from home for me and my pup. Front desk was super helpful. I ended up booking a second night and they were able to move things around to keep me in the same room. This 💯 will be my go to when I come into town to visit family 🎉

Nice and clean suite motel with a gym at the Courtyard next door. The breakfast had a good selection. The staff was great. It needed a little updating .I got the best price through the Marriott website but make sure you CONFIRM it when you check it and get it in writing with your email registration from Marriott and your counter girl. My bill WAS NOT what I was quoted on my Marriott guarantee. There is an enclosed swimming pool and hot tub and no need to reserve a suite since they all are. Just another way to increase the price. A little older hotel but clean and the staff makes up for the few issues they have.

Typical Residence Inn in Salinas, in a quiet area and about 30 minutes drive from Monterey.|Rooms are very wide and well equipped, but a bit dated. My aircon was broken and the control was not working.|Breakfast buffet was acceptable but nothing special.|Price is quite high for the value.

Positive: The room was clean and spacious with microwave/fridge and stove top. There was plenty of parking. The free breakfast. Negative: The pool was broken and the breakfast did not offer much variety. They charge $12 per day for parking when there is plenty of parking space available and they are not even near a busy area like downtown. Negative: ""

My husband and I stay at Marriott frequently. While staying at this Marriott, I broke out and he had to toe rash all over my body, one of the doors to the bedroom would not close because a screw is sticking out, there was an entire piece missing underneath the dishwasher that exposed, electrical and other things, and the handle for the door knob going into one of the bathrooms was also broken. Our room was supposed to have a fireplace and it did not. In addition to this, when we went downstairs for the complementary breakfast, the bagels and English muffins had mold on them. I am super disappointed, and would not stay here again.
