We had a great stay at this hotel. It started off with a warm welcome from Ben. He is maybe one of the best employees of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So attentive and kind. Even remembered our names! We had a small problem with our room and Savannah was extremely helpful and kind and got us taken care of. The problem wasn’t with the room, but noise of another guest. Savannah was quick to help and so kind! The rooms are great for families and the sport court was so fun for our son. The location is awesome as well.

Okay hear me out, the breakfast actually made this review go from 4/5 to 5/5 stars. I mean it when I say they actually went above expectations on the breakfast. Don't get me wrong it has most of what you'd expect but they also had canned cold brew coffee, fancy delicious break burritos, tomato feta egg frittatas etc. like they actually gave a $¢€¥ about what we ate for free! (Sorry for half bitten food was hungy)

Payed almost 900 hundred dollars for 5 nights. Can’t get anyone to clean the room or even replace towels. Service sucks. We travel often and this has been the worst experience ever. Don’t recommend. Get an Airbnb, you’ll be better off. They don’t even try to help.

I stayed for 5 nights, and the room was VERY clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good, and there were enough options and variety. Thank you.

Positive: We came out to visit friends but thanksgiving and booked this hotel. We were able to check in early and decent breakfast included every morning. Negative: 1. Pool was very cold on the first 2 days, well below 80 degrees. It took a couple days to warm it up after we brought it to attention of staff. 2. We normally do not use maid service, unless we stay several days. Room was not cleaned on the fourth day. I let the front desk know and found out rooms are cleaned every other day. It would’ve been great if this was communicated to us at check in. I was assured it would be cleaned the next day. We returned the next day after being gone for the entire day and no one cleaned the room. Front desk said it was recorded as cleaned. The staff did not believe us and came up to our room to see a stack of towels on the floor as we left it. Overall very disappointed with the experience.

NOT safe at night. We stayed here a week and after four nights our car window was broken and rims and tires were stolen from our SUV. They had it in camera and police took a report but after we got our car fixed we had family drop us off at night and keep our car. Very disappointed.

Was a wonderful experience having been a first time visit. Room was exceptional.

We were disappointed with our stay here. We paid far too much for what we got. No maid service the entire time. We were looking forward to taking our kids swimming in the “heated” pool which was not heated at all and freezing! Breakfast was too crowded and no where to sit. It’s not in a great part of Mesa either.
