The hotel is fantastic!!! We had three kids ages 7-16. We arrived Hoya nd tried from travel. The front desk staff greeted us with complimentary water at check in. Sarah was exceptionally helpful and sweet. She expediently accommodated our request for an early check-in. The beds were great! Multiple pillow choices! Each spot on the bed had a soft and firm pillow (thank goodness)!!! The lobby was very busy with guests for breakfast in the morning. The was tasty and going fast. The employees never stopped moving as they worked to refill fresh, hot food and clear plates. I highly recommend the egg white spinach frittata and oatmeal bar. We also loved the fresh, beachy, modern aesthetic of the hotel! Our stay was the perfect beginning to our family vacay!

First impression is your wonderful front desk staff. Taliyah and Austin were so genuinely kind to us while we stayed 3 days there. More importantly, their willingness to accommodate us to make is more comfortable away from home. I only give good reviews as I want to commend people going above and beyond for a company! I do not want to forget the other young lady long hair and glasses- she was just as helpful!! The location is awesome and overall it was very clean!!!!!!!

My large chaotic family decided to take a last minute trip before starting school. It was a last minute book for a great price but I wasn’t expecting much. I was so wrong!!! The hotel itself was so nice and spacious. We had more than enough room for all of us and our belongings. However, the main highlight of our stay was most definitely an employee named Austin! He was the person who checked us in, and oh my gosh he had us so excited to stay there and start our vacation! He was so nice and helpful in every single way! We would literally wait for him to come to work to ask for anything because he was the sweetest and most accommodating! I don’t know what his title is, but if he is not managing yet he should be! I’ll be a guest for life if he is there!!

Great advice about the beach city area and help situating my mom and me in a premium room. Excellent space with a kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and view of the pier park. Thank you again Nadia! I’ll continue staying at Marriott hotels.

My kids and I are giving this hotel a 5 star review. The location was amazing! The staff were super professional and went above and beyond. All the front desk were working hard and so friendly. We loved Austin! He was super helpful and always gave us a bright welcoming smile. Even the days we opted to not have housekeeping come in they made sure to deliver us towels/wash clothes/etc. without us asking. The breakfast was delicious! My kids loved the waffles and eggs. The rooms were super spacious. Our door had an issue with reading our key and maintenance was there in no time to reprogram everything and make sure it was all good. The hallway was shampooed frequently and smelled amazing. We loved spending the hot days in the pool and the grill area was awesome. We would definitely stay again.

For this hotel to be back open 5 months. Breakfast nasty it’s worst than eating at low budget hotel. Front desk service sucks. Wash and dryers don’t work probably . When I first arrived I wasn’t greeted I had to say something to her. When I got my room there was no tissue or towels in the room. My sister went back to the front desk. The next day they deactivated my room trying to say the battery went dead. I was lock out my room for 30 to 45 minutes . The next day I went to check out I spoke to general manager Emily she didn’t apologize all she said she would add points. I don’t want no points I want a sincere apology from Marriott no one has reach out to me. Marriott From my standpoint they don’t care.

We loved this beautiful hotel! We want to acknowledge Taliyah and Austin for their outstanding customer service. What a great first impression they give for your hotel!! Our king suite was beautiful and faced the pine trees as we requested. Extremely clean, very comfortable, and quiet. We recommend this location as well as it is close to everything! Thanks so much Taliyah and Austin for your kindness, knowledge, and excellent customer service! We appreciate it so much!

I loved the hotel and everything about it! Extremely clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast and the most important front desk agents: Austin D and a dark skin tall smiley young lady works mornings, the gentleman bartender, the kind housekeepers and last but not least the breakfast lady attendant..they made our stay special with their politeness, hard and Sincere work and their beautiful smiles..staff make the place feels like home, so thank you Austin and the amazing mentioned people for being awesome! I’ll be staying here again
