Great place. Centrally located. Good breakfast. Excellent 24/7 fitness room. We were particularly privileged to be checked in and out by Mr. Aaron, as fine and welcoming a host as one could want. Parking is inconvenient, which is my only complaint. I would stay again.

This is a residence in a repurposed federal building which is nice! It is in a good locations in Downtown Omaha and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Market and Riverfront areas. Front desk staff is great and very helpful. Parking is in a garage next door but also an easy walk.||The rooms are large and well laid out. Good bed and useful seating area.||There is a shuttle as well to a 3 mile radius.

We booked specifically seeking a hotel with a shuttle; at check in they were telling everyone not to expect to use the shuttle because of a wedding party and something else. The only time I saw the shuttle was the morning I checked out; when the shuttle was parked in front of the hotel blocking my ability to see oncoming traffic and know whether it was safe to pull forward and drive away.||When I got to my room, there was already trash in one of the trash cans. Maybe have a checklist when cleaning the rooms? Or do all the trash cans at the same time?||We didn't get our second day refresh because "so many people checked out today." If only there was a way to know when people are leaving - like the check out date on their reservation - so you could plan for appropriate staffing. ||The parking is a city block away across a 4-5 lane wide busy city street. And it's a very busy parking garage on weekdays; you'd be driving up many levels to park if you came and went during the day on a weekday.||There are no ice machines; you get a little quart bag of ice out of a freezer in the lobby and hold it in your hands while you go to your room. Holding freezing ice isn't awful in July, but I can't imagine wanting to hold a bag of ice when it's cold outside. Silly me not bringing a tote bag to schlepp ice from the lobby up to my room.||The window shade (a flat roman shade) sticks out from the window frame about two inches, and there was a higher floor in the building across the street that had really bright lights on inside late at night (which seemed odd) but I had bright light shining into my room and no way to change/improve how the shade covered the window. Usually Roman shades fit inside the window frame so that they block light better due to their installation location. Since these were hung sticking out from the window frame, they need to be wider to block light appropriately. ||The "second bed" available in the standard room is a sofa bed with a 2" thick mattress and the typical steel rod going across the middle. Nobody older than 5 years old could sleep on this awful thing. ||I don't know whether this place is under new management, or desperately needs to be under new management, but there are some core problems with all the excuses being made by the staff.

Positive: The rooms was cozy and the location was perfect. The shuttle to take us to the Old Market area was a fantastic addition to our reservation. Negative: The breakfast was average. The turkey sausage tasted like a sponge and the eggs were wet and cold. We ended up eating elsewhere the next monring.

Nice place, just a little worn, i.e., paint chipping off the window in the bathroom, and the coffee pot needs a good cleaning as well as the carpets. Also, it's not very ADA friendly. Check-in was ok. Kya was very pleasant, but the manager (long blonde hair) is a sour puss and needs to smile. The hotel is clean and I would come back, but I would try another place first.

Staff was friendly . Rooms clean and comfortable. AC works well. Room had everything that we needed. Easy check in and out .There is a charge for parking, There is a free breakfast. Within walking distance to a lot of restaraunts, bars and night life. I would stay again

Here for a week & the shuttle service has been on point. Karrie has been my driver several times & she arrives quickly after I call. Her customer service has been outstanding! The shuttle service has made my stay easier in getting to & from training all week.

Sadly I usually have exceptional stays with Marriott but this wasn't even close. Had to interrupt the front desk people's kissing session @ one point to get assistance. The front office and entryway didnt feel clean let alone looking inviting. The room was dreadful with an AC that shook the whole room every 3 mins when it kicked on. I will say the bed was comfy but that's about the only positive I can share. The next morning didn't even try for a breakfast as I just wanted out.
