Convenient Bonvoy App check in and use phone to open door. Bed mattresses and linens are great. Room is like a well equipped dorm room. Bath layout very good, great lighting, good counter space. Kitchen had enough setup for light cooking. Furnishings are worn and the sofa bed couch felt like someone stood on it and bent the mattress support. Bedside lamps, one had peeled off decal and other was worn, however, lamp has overall and task light so very useful. Plenty of plug ins for your electronic devices. Wifi adequate. Rugs could use a cleaning. Television channel selection average but would be easy to stream a subscription. Lobby breakfast reasonable and staff friendly and attentive. Easy parking. There is ambiant noise from ac and local music so bring airplugs for quieter sleeping. We paid about $200/night all taxes included for king studio.

Would rate as a 7/10 so 3.5 stars if that was an option. Given the purpose of the trip and wanting a kitchen it was good enough to stay again if I was on a similar work trip. Positives: - Very good staff when I interacted with them - Good breakfast options which I appreciated included vegetarian cooked options - Kitchen was good to be able to cook meals and had most of the utensils etc you would want. Could be better: - Air conditioning in the room was very loud and too loud to have on during the night. Wasn't a problem when the temp dropped but was at the start of the stay. - Room was a little tired with damaged chairs, old shower, some other elements which could use a refresh. Other: - I understand it is a pet friendly location but animals in the pool/gym is a bit far.

I was truly disappointed by the 24 hour Coffee and Tea available in the lobby which offered no uncaffeinated options! Its cleaner and quieter than a two star hotel but the lack of decaf is kind of a deal breaker OK Just back from Breakfast mentioned my dissatisfaction with the no decaf and they made a pot immediately and put a note to the kitchen staff to have Decaf available through my stay!!!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is probably above average for a free hotel breakfast. The location is awesome with a ton of food and activities close by.

The scrambled eggs were the fluffiest I've ever had in the 400+ hotels I've stayed in. They were like that on both days too! There was also great oatmeal with perfect consistency that you can eat with a fork. Definitely reasons to return to this hotel. The location is good too with that conglomeration of stores, restaurants and bars just up the street. The room was clean and adequately stocked for a long stay. The gym was spacious and had all the dumbbells, but missing a cable machine. The pool area was almost hot enough to be a sauna, which is good. The breakfast had actual plates and utensils. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Traveling with a newborn is not easy but Laura was extremely helpful and accommodated an early check-in for my family and I. The service both days during breakfast was great as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again Laura and team!

This is the only place we stay when we come to omaha. Every time we always get the best service from the front desk, the manager, to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. Every single employee goes above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. The are always positive, friendly, proffessional and have a smile and a kind greeting to everyone. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The hotel is always spotless and the rooms are homey comfortable. Besides the rates are very reasonable. Aksarben residence inn is the only place to stay when u are away from home. Thank you and we wish there were more business that ran like your staff does. We always feel like we are coming home to family.

Danielle and Monroe were excellent and made sure we were taken care of and even made extra food for us even when they were out. What a clean and awsome dining area. The pool was perfect for a morning swim.
