Very clean hotel, smooth check in and check out. We went for my sister's wedding which was a 7-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel was in a great location, food within walking distance. The best thing about this hotel that you won't get anywhere else and made it worth the money were the attendants. There were two that I met that were beyond incredible. Donisha Jordan and another attendant (I did not catch her name) went above and beyond in all aspects. I've never experienced anything like it. They take pride in what they do and the excellent service they give. One made me ice coffee when she did not have to and the other made my dad feel so special on father's day/ his birthday which fell on the same day. My whole family (12 of us) all loved them and could not stop talking about them. They are the most amazing staff members I have ever had the pleasure of encountering and we will always remember how they made us feel. If we are ever in the area, we will stay at this hotel just for that! But also, overall great hotel. Highly recommend! Free parking in the city is hard to come by so you get your money's worth with this stay.

This is a great hotel in the Bronx. I had previously written a review after our wonderful check in experience with Marisol when we arrived. She was kind and professional and upgraded our room which got our trip off to the perfect start, very appreciated by our teenager! I’m writing a new review to again reiterate what an excellent stay we’ve had. All the staff are extremely helpful and nice and they really make it a great place to stay. Donisha at breakfast was especially helpful and I really enjoyed talking with her each morning, she was also so kind and professional. The hotel is clean, spacious and the rooms are comfortable and updated. I highly recommend for a stay in the Bronx. Thank you!

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! We tried to check in for my reservation after driving half way across the country, and there was no one at the front desk or even in the building. I waited outside the hotel for an hour trying to find someone who worked there to let me in. After 30 minutes, I was able to connect to Marriott customer service who also could not reach any worker at the hotel. Had to cancel my reservation and find somewhere else to stay. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Positive: free parking, good breakfast. Negative: I came to the hotel at checking time and was told to wait for room clean up, which we did. The cosmetic of the room design was nice but we battle with killing insects in the room and i told reception during check out. It was below residence inn standard.

I’ve stayed at the Residence Inn Bronx a couple of times in the past couple of years. My stays have always been great. At my most recent stay, Engineer Angel was fast and efficient at getting my TV up an running when it wouldn't turn on. He has great customer service and truly cared about my experience.

The rooms were comfortable but needed more lighting and towel hangers for the rest room. The breakfast they offered is one of the Best I've had. Multiple options for a great first meal to start your day. The staff was friendly and professional!

Stayed here to visit friends and the Bronx community, the rooms are expansive and they have a generous and good breakfast spread. Accessible to nearby hospitals, bus routes, and food spots.

Little or no value for the rates charged. I paid $490 for a one night stay. For that amount of money, I expect a well designed well appointed room. This was not. You could not open the bathroom door because it was obstructed by the bathroom counter. The toiletries were three unmarked bottles on the shower wall. There was no coffee available at breakfast. This is ok for a $89 a night Fairfield inn, but at almost $500 a night it borders on fraud. The staff were courteous and the parking is plentiful and safe.
