I highly recommend this hotel. Great location next to the airport. Great food, restaurant and bar. The room service was really fast. The sheets and pillows are very comfortable. Hotel rooms are modern and updated. Recommend going to the club at the top. Shout out to Devika who took really good care of us at the 11th floor Club.

King size bed was extremely comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The room has a kitchennette area which came stocked with utensils for eating the late night dinner I had ordered. The check in staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer free breakfast and have coffee and hot water for tea available 24/7 in the dining area opposite the check in. The room and bathroom was very clean. They also provide a free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes 24/7. Definitely recommend staying here if you have to catch a flight the following day.

This was my mom’s first trip to NY as part of her birthday gift. We stayed at the Residence Inn, but had dinner at the Marriott JFK on our first night. We had a wonderful dinning experience. Aliyah our server was awesome. Johnathan and Marjory were wonderful as well. They made sure we were enjoying our food. They checked on us throughout the dinner. And to top things off, the staff came to our table and surprised my mom with a special dessert and sang Happy Birthday to her. It was a great night! We truly appreciate the great service and the special kindness shown to our family.

This hotel was wonderful and if you need a place to stay by JFK airport, you should stay here. I was given a voucher to stay at Residence Inn after missing my connecting flight. When I got there I was exhausted, frustrated, stressed out, and I wasn't dealing with things very well but the staff at the front desk were kind, patient, and helpful (especially Mark!) I checked out the next day, went to the airport...and then my flight was cancelled and postponed for two days due to weather. I returned to Residence Inn and once again the staff was so accommodating. They made a very stressful situation much more bearable. They helped me with laundry, with ordering food, and with calling my family since I was returning from overseas and didn't have US phone service yet. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. To be honest I wouldn't consider this a three star hotel, it deserves a much higher rating than that. When I checked out the second time, I forgot a concert poster that was very important to me and Mark personally mailed it to my home address. I received it in a couple of days, still in perfect condition. I highly recommend the Residence Inn, not just for the proximity to the airport or the lovely rooms or the great value, but for the truly kind and wonderful people who work there.

This hotel is outstanding! The front desk supervisor, Mr. Kevin Williams, treated us like royalty and we received the VIP treatment from check in to check out. He bent over backwards for our every need and provided courteous, professional servicce that is unmatched. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and have no qualms sharing that Kevin Williams is the best of the best! He greeted and treated each and every guest with genuine enthusiasm. Kevin, you represent Marriott leadership very well and reflect extremely well on the Marriott family. I sincerely hope that you will forward this to your supervisors so that they know and fully recognize the asset that they have in you (and will take action to ensure that you know how much they appreciate and support your efforts perhaps with monetary recognition of some sort)! The hotel is conveniently located, spotless, and the staff top notch. Thank you Kevin for your outstanding customer service!

Rooms were clean (seemed like a new build or a very new renovation). King Suite with a Sofa Bed was great (as good as sofa beds can be). Shuttle came quickly to the airport and was available early in the morning too. Restaurant at the Marriott across the small parking lot was fantastic! Service at the front desk made is nice coming home to the USA!

Totally commercial! Since I was staying only for a night, they sent me to a room which had no glasses, cutlery and plates. Couldn’t care less attitude!! On the contrary, I spent ten days at Residence Inn Natick in the similar room, which was self sufficient. You did not have to run to the lobby to ask for a spoon. Frankly Marriott chain has become totally commercial. Please avoid this place if you can.
