Location is great. Staff are all friendly. The complimentary breakfast is great. Good variety of foods. It was particularly busy and Vicky and Alicia worked hard keeping everything stocked and refilled, and keeping the whole place clean, and always with smiles. I walked in later after breakfast to grab some coffee and they were hard at work prepping the kitchen for the next day! Ladies, thank you so much!

Residence Inn is my preferred hotel for my business travels. This is the first time I've stayed at this location and it misses the mark compared to the others. This is not a pet-free hotel as I can hear barking and the odors permeate the halls. Upon checkout, I've informed the front desk there was a puddle of liquid in the bathroom (most likely from the previous guest's pet) and black mold in the shower head and ceiling. Even though the breakfast station was a little crammed, kudos to the genial lady there making the rounds greeting everyone and ensuring our needs were met. She was the highlight of my stay.

4 out of 5 overall but rounding up for the excellent staff. From Karen Flores at the front desk to the ladies working breakfast, this hotel has a strong culture of great service and care. Parts of the lobby and common areas are newly renovated and rooms are somewhat renovated. Common areas a little dated and our room had kind of a maple syrup type of smell. Could hear highway noise from most rooms. All and all a good option in Bay Area at reasonable prices.

The room and service is ok. Not too much to complain. But the location is very close to the landfill. We stayed for 3 days and we can smell it all the time when we walk out. It’s a dog friendly hotel

My parents usually visit the bay often and this is there go to hotel! The staff is always super friendly and the rooms are so clean. The staff treats my parents with respect and with so much kindness. I'm grateful for all of the staff for doing this, especially since I can't always go with my parents. A special shoutout to Cleo for always providing excellent customer service not only to my mom but to every guest there! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Nice, big rooms/appartments, all clean and in good condition. Tasty breakfast, really nice and helpful staff. Small pool, basketball court, gym etc. included. The whole place looks more like a housing complex than a hotel. Easy to get on the highway, unfortunately just next to it so you can hear the noise all the time. Air conditioning also quite loud, but that's typical in such hotels, so take earplugs and you'll be fine. Free parking around the houses.

Hotel is located south of Fremont city near highway. Walmart and restaurants are located less than 5 minutes by car, from here to city of San Francisco is about 1h and 20 minutes by car (optional Traffic included), and about 50 minutes from SFO airport. The distance is kind far to SF but I am pretty sure that you can find another Marriott closer to SF. This hotel Is perfect for those that want to move around south part of San Francisco bay, or for those that are traveling and want to find accommodation for a night, but If you are planning to stay in the hotel for a couple of days there are some things to do here, like hikes around like mission peak. The rooms were clean and comfortable to use microwave included, also coffee machine, cooker, fridge, freezer. Breakfast, was very good part of my stay in this hotel. The selection of things were enough to have good breakfast, and the products were very tasty. The service was perfect, the crew was very friendly, and helpful So if you are around and you are looking for accommodation I think that this hotel is the best option
