Hotel rooms are dated. Definitely need an upgrade. $17/night parking fee is ridiculous! It is not near the airport or a downtown area. Just a nickel and dime charge. Only one lamp next to the bed, need one on each side. No ice or water filling station, have to make ice from your freezer. Trash overflowing at entrance. Location is good, but we would pick another hotel in this area before we stayed here again.
The only complaint is for a $12 per day parking fee. There was no security patrolling the parking lot. When I asked if my vehicle were to be broken into or damaged would the hotel pay for repairs since I am paying for a service (a parking fee) I was told no. Then why are they charging $12 a day for me to park there. In my opinion just some more corporate profit gouging.
Nice, clean room. The room could use some refurbishment.
The staff from the front desk, to the breakfast attendants, to the housekeeping crew were friendly and courteous.
Again a great stay. This will be the third opportunity to stay at Residence Inn Loveland. We feel right at home with all amenities available, food and shopping within walking distance. If we have an opportunity to visit this part of the country again we will stay with Residence Inn Loveland.
Five stars all the way! This hotel is 100% perfect. It was clean, quiet, excellent, friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend. I love that. There was a way to tip the housekeeping, staff and other staff digitally.
I will start with the positive comments. Great location to everything in Loveland. Room is the perfect size for an extended stay. Cheryl and Page were very helpful with any request we had.
It is advertised that rooms are cleaned every day which isn't true. They are cleaned every three days. The first time our room was to be cleaned, the housekeeper didn't come even though I requested a specific time for them to come and spoke to Cheryl. When I called to the front desk and told Page they never came, she asked someone why they didn't. I was told that our do not disturb tag was on the door. This was a lie as we removed it before we left that day. Someone came the next day. The second time housekeeping came, they refreshed the towels only and didn't clean the bathroom or vacuum. On our 10th day of our stay, no one was attending the breakfast area and there were many items empty. The dryer D4 didn't dry our clothes after 1 hour. I asked for a refund and was told to call the laundry company who service the machines. When I called, I was told that the hotel owns the machines and they need to reimburse me. Lastly, the spa has been down our entire stay which is an amenity we were wanting to use. When we asked about when it would be fixed, we were told they didn't know. Not a good answer!
We stayed here over the 4th of July. Even though I live in the area, we stayed here to escape the fireworks in our neighborhood. We had a great stay here. Only complaints were the toilet made a weird buzzing sound after every flush (not that big of deal till someone flushes it in the middle of the night and the buzzing noise keeps you awake until it stops) and they was a light bulb that kept shorting out. The pool was nice for the kids, and there was plenty of grass for the dog.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Check in took too long! Front desk staff was rude to guests.
Mattress needs replaced. It had a dip in the middle and we would roll to middle & caused back pain for us.
Next day we requested a new mattress or new room. Moved to another room & told our night would be comped. That room had a baby toy beside the bed on floor so room obviously not cleaned well. Mattress was better in that room but rooms never cleaned. Pictures will show you how bad first mattress was and bed had not been slept in when picture taken. Sloppy bed making. Towels weren’t folded either, just put on rack in tub area. Picture shows baby toy on floor. Rooms are dirty. Carpet worn thru. Horrible room condition. The front management and cleaning team need to be replaced immediately and rooms need a deep cleaning and broken down mattresses and carpet replaced. DO NOT STAY HERE. When we checked out, there was no credit given for the room we were told would be credited. Horrible management! We were here for a family event and had reservations for months and no availability anywhere else. Also we booked online thru Expedia so could not changed the reservation anywhere else and already charged for this stay or we would have moved somewhere else.
The only positive thing I can say is there was hot water available for tea when we checked out. The other days the water was cool. (I usually leave positive reviews, but could not for this location)
Positive: Room was much larger than expected. Havinga. Kitchette with dishes made my stay incredibly comfortable Negative: ""
