Honestly, I’m kind of surprised that this hotel only has three stars assigned to it because it’s absolutely amazing. I feel like occasionally the front desk person may not be the most exceptionally kind and well-versed in service but they are also scheduled alone during busy times and that can make the most gracious of people overwhelmed. Other than that the hotel itself feels so clean and the studio King is sooo perfect and affordable. We stayed here with our little ones ages 2 and 9 months. They offer a really beautiful breakfast complementary which takes the stress out of traveling with our babies. The breakfast servers are so nice and helpful and they keep the dining room very clean throughout the service. The cooks in the back come out and take such pride in the way they serve their food and help bus. There is absolutely nowhere else I would rather be with my kids. They responded so promptly to everything we needed. We needed a pack and play there upon arrival, it was there with a sheet. When I requested something we brought to our room they did it as promptly as possible. I was very taken back at how kind the maids were. Two of them brought what we needed to our room and they were so happy and sweet. The ambience is just so comfortable and homey. They have a living room like area in the lobby that we can sit and relax and watch nature documentaries. The patio outside has a very resort like feel the pool is clean. The Jacuzzi is perfect and feels very clean. Overall this is such an amazing hotel. I had to write a review because of how wonderful our experience is. There is $10 a night for parking, but that is nothing, and considering our room was so affordable. It really doesn’t make a big difference to us. Whoever is leading this hotel is obviously doing an incredible job. Keep up with the good work, you guys we will be staying here every time we come to California.

I stayed at this hotel last weekend to be close to Calamigos Ranch for a friends wedding. The lobby and the room were both so clean. The service was spectacular and I loved the little market there. Eli and Zach were both amazing and super helpful when I needed something and just made the lobby presence a plus. Thanks for a great experience!

We highly recommend staying here. Mitch the General Manager is awesome to work with! We have stayed here twice this year. The entire staff is so friendly and really goes the extra mile for their guests. Front desk clerk Hailey went above and beyond to help us. Josh at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. We have stayed over a week each time. The all suites hotel is beautiful, good breakfast, good location, updated nice suites and amazing service! We will definitely be coming back again.

My only beef is the breakfast. It's just awful. Eggs jiggle like Jello. Rubbery taste. No home fries or potatoes like years ago. Otherwise, it's just cereal & awful tasting bread/bagels. Coffie is gross. Disappointed at best. Rest of Hotel is great. Rooms are big, clean, Pool area is really nice and relaxing. Just that Damm awful breakfast.

My only beef is the Awful breakfast. Eggs are rubbery hard, Bagels/bread taste awful. Coffee is terrible & don't be late they put everything away immediately at 9:30. Otherwise the rooms are big, clean and quiet. Service was great, Pool area is really nice. but that dam breakfast!

Checked in after a long drive a day early. John E. Is THE BEST. Checked us in and gave us the best, quiet, luxurious studio room ever. Has a king bed, full kitchen and family room… he even told us how to turn the ice maker on in the fridge. Pointed us to a luggage cart too… very grateful

We stayed here for two nights and then rebooked for two more . The staff at the hotel and super friendly and everyone we passed by always greeted us. The breakfast was great, lots of hot food choices , not your usual muffin and cereal hotel breakfast , it was actually good . The lady working in the breakfast area was awesome and asked if we needed anything else . She was running around making sure everything was stocked . The rooms are super clean, large, great kitchen in them and the beds are very comfortable. Great hotel and staff:)

Temperature in the room was inconsistent. I thought the $10 charge for parking was excessive since there isn't anything around and the parking wasn't gated. Normally, it's free parking at these suburban locations. Breakfast wasn't very extensive and many of the ingredients were cold. Many Residence inns have a nightly reception but this one did not.
