Love the front desk girls! So helpful and friendly. We stayed summer 2023 while our house was being redone and it felt like home. The pool area is wonderful. Water is perfect temperature and you can barbeque and party and just have a nice time. At first I was trying to go to the jacuzzi when it was empty but then I ended up having fun meeting other people. Free breakfast buffet is very convenient and you can eat it it the lounge or take back to your room. The rooms are like apartments with full designer kitchens fully stocked with everything you need. Very very pet friendly with only a one time charge for the whole stay. I loved being able to park right at our door. It was so convenient for bringing things in and out since we were living there for the whole summer. The landscaping is beautiful with grass and trees. We had the very back unit with nobody next door so we had our very own private backyard with a beautiful view of the sunset. The best part of the stay was the staff and service. You could get ice or coffee or fresh linens and towels 24/7 but absolute best was casual atmosphere and easy going workers made us feel at home.

Interesting place. Lobby was nice. Free breakfast was decent. Front desk clerks very friendly. Room was very clean and were set up like studio apartment, complete with a nice little kitchen. The entire place looks like possibly converted apartment complex but rooms were decent. Seems as though it’s being used also as a homeless shelter on some sort. Obvious signs of long term residency. Very loud at night with sounded like some domestic disputes. Wouldn’t necessarily stay here again willingly but a one night stop along our route sufficed.

Had an accessible room - set up was good for the most part except for the furniture piece that the TV was on - no room for a wheelchair or walker to get past it and access the window or that side of the bed. Room was clean and quiet. Free breakfast was nice, and the ladies that run it are nice and constantly hustling keeping every item filled.

My stay here was amazing with zero issues. The suit was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were very polite and informative. In and out next door was a plus!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. I love that the rooms were sort of like a motel setting and outside instead of inside one big building. The grounds were beautiful. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean. Well kept and super fun. my room was exactly what I needed. The kitchen had everything that I needed and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked just fine. I did have to get my toilet fixed, but they responded very well same day and fixed it with no problem. Housekeeping was amazing. Floors are a little dingy, be cleaned or they could use some new carpet. Breakfast was good. They serve hot and continental items as well. Everybody that I interacted with there were extremely nice friendly and courteous.

The mattress had holes in them, spiders In the bathroom there were spiders on the fruit when you eat breakfast. The manager only offered 25% of my money back the room clearly hasn’t been clean in a long time. If you know what’s good paying to stay here would for the amount of money you pay you can get better elsewhere. Family vacation turn into horror night!!!

BED BUGS! Do not stay here. We checked in tonight and immediately checked out when I found a bed bug crawling in the hand towels in the bathroom. I’ve never moved so fast in my life to get out of there. We were in room 227 tonight 4/10. Everything looked fine on initial inspection. But there was no missing the fat bed bug on the hand towel. I immediately demanded check out and the gentleman at the desk while did do it seemed unphased and annoyed that I was upset and distraught about this situation after traveling all day. In this day and age, there is no excuse. If it’s in one room it’s in them all and clearly in the linens.

People are sleepin' on this place. Stayed here for a few days to celebrate a friend's birthday up in Whittier, and I'm so glad I stayed here. Great staff, super clean grounds and a great room! I was upgraded to the 1 bedroom suite, and I was *shocked*! Immaculately clean, organized and smelled fresh! We had two AWESOME continental breakfasts here. Their offerings change day to day, everything tastes fresh... And they have great coffee too! Despite being right off the 5 freeway and next to one of California's greatest (and busiest) burger joints, it was very quiet back in building 7! I brought my dog, she also felt comfortable! The place could really benefit from a glow-up though. The exterior of the buildings are clean, but you can tell they're a little older. All in all though, great stay. I'd definitely come back here again!
