When it comes to a hotel stay it’s either a zero or a hero and this day was a zero very expensive very expensive very expensive toilet clog twice and they never unclogged it until probably after the check out the service was average the parking lot was small shoebox. The rooms need totally updated there’s only one elevator the pillows are fluffy as a pancake and the mattresses need replaced good evening
I stayed on Marriott points, so I guess I can’t complain too much. But it has older decor and room furnishings, and the room they put us in had been recently smoked in, then sprayed to cover the smell. The staff was courteous, apologetic, and offered to change rooms. We declined just because I hate changing rooms once “moved into”.
Very old hotel & average service & breakfast.
No noise police after 10 pm, that means your kids can’t even walk in your rooms.
No house keeping everyday.
Not a good Marriott.
I was traveling for work and only stayed here 1 night. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. However, a note was left stating a " return soon". I waited about 5 minutes. The staff was very polite and professional. This Residence Inn by Marriott is very dated, as most of them are. I did have a suite with kitchen. The room was clean but had a slight odor. I don't know if it was due to the dated furnishings; carpet, furniture , etc. My bed was really firm but I have a firm mattress at home. But it is more comfortable than theirs. Breakfast was served at 6:30 am. I had to be at work by that time. However, the attendant was getting breakfast ready and l was allowed to grab something to eat. Overall this is maybe a 3 to 3 1/2 star hotel due to its outdated amenities. Honestly, if my company wasn't paying for my lodging, I wouldn't have chosen this facility.
We needed a place for several nights over a tournament and our team found this hotel. The check in and check outs were very smooth, no issues with the room - it was a spacious suite with one bed and one pull out, plus a kitchenette. Room and linens were very clean. Separate plus on multi-use shampoo and conditioner. Included breakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold items and had lime water throughout the day, which was very convenient and refreshing. The general manager, Teressa, and front desk crew were excellent - very friendly and caring, always asking whether we had everything we needed. The hotel needs a bit of an uplift, but you can always see staff hard at work to keep everything clean and presentable. It's close to lots of stores and restaurants and a highway to get you downtown, if needed.
Clean, loved the breakfast options, loved the amenities that came with the room. Didn't get to use the pool or the courtyard.
I had 2 concerns with my stay. One issue was the courtyard closes at a certain time but the bright lights stayed on all night and they were right outside our windows. I did not bring it up during my 2 night stay but mentioned it at checkout. The other was low water pressure in the shower. Took longer to rinse hair with such low pressure. Kind of reminds me of using the shower setting on a garden hose, not very powerful.
Still I would stay here again.
Very nice rooms. Good breakfast. Off the beaten path a little. Plenty of food and shopping and entertainment in area
One of the more worst Marriott hotels I’ve ever stayed at building, is old and rundown carpets look. Filthy management is horrible. I booked a king room with a full kitchen and oven. They upgraded me to a queen bed after complaining they stuck in a king room with a half kitchen I was here for a two week stay after one week cannot take it anymore due to uncomfortable beds, air conditioner that wouldn’t work and staffed. It would not help that I checked out and move to a different hotel. I don’t understand how this hotel still has residence in on the front of the building, it was lucky to be a motel six

For years I've wanted to take yoga. But the few times I started, I found myself in a room full of people who seemed to know and move quickly through all the poses and positions, and instructors who gave little or no guidance to newcomers. Intimidated
