It's taken me 3 months to write this and I'm sorry for that. We were there 7/7-7/9 for a funeral. The accommodations were so nice. Truly felt like a mini home rather than a hotel room. They were very accommodating. The only complaint would be no room service every day... the sign in the bathroom very confusing as it tells you to leave towels on for if you want them replaced...we did this and they weren't... but they gave us clean ones at the desk
It's rare I take time to leave a review, and even more rare to give a hotel 5 stars, but this hotel was amazing. It's brand new, super clean, and nice everywhere. The layout is great, our room was spacious and comfy, the staff were wonderful, the food decent, and the price very reasonable, which is hard to find these days. Jonesboro is sort of a sketchy town, and this area is no different, but it is close to lots of businesses and restaurants, and close to the highway without the highway noise. We would 100% come back to this hotel without hesitation.
Very clean and comfortable rooms -- always my main priority. Excellent service. Good breakfast, with a variety of options. Nothing can replace real eggs but hotel-style eggs served here were actually prepared properly and tasted great, moist and fluffy. Same goes for breakfast sausage. It's usually dry but I was pleasantly surpirised here. Strong fresh coffee and even cold brew option. The area is just off I-555, so easy access, and there are lots of restaurants around. Free laundry access. Nice kitchen in my suite, with a full size refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. Overally, I am very impressed and will definitely stay here again.
I cannot express how thankful I am for the excellent service my family I have received from the time of booking the room to our stay. Mr Anthony you are truly amazing !! Your staff was so friendly. The room was beautiful!! We will difently be back.
I felt like a queen. The rooms were beautiful and special was just right. I felt safe. our stay so nice. I give it 6 Stars if I could. I 💕 the whole set up. I will go there again. I recommend it with 5 Stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed here to see the 2024 eclipse. The hotel was at capacity and turning people away. They did upgrade us to a suite for our Marriot level we are at. The only issue was the TV in the room was not working. The front desk was nice but could not help us. We were able to hook our laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable so we could at least watch some streaming services. The breakfast at the hotel was very good.
Great service, clean rooms, useful amenities. My go to hotel in Jonesboro. However. God forbid you have to experience a fire alarm.
The only reason this isn't 5 star is the fire alarm. The fire alarm far exceeds proper decibel levels in such a confined space. It HURTS. NFPA 72 states a fire alarm can be between 65-120 decibels. Noise levels fall off as the square of the distance, however this is a SMALL ROOM with the fire alarm centrally located. Hearing loss starts to occur at 85 decibels. I can GUARANTEE the fire alarms at this location are causing harm to residents. I dare not take my hands off my ears it's SO painful. I work in factories all around the US. I'm accustomed to loud environments. I'm no sissy to loud noises. The alarm has been triggered twice this week and it is excruciating in such a small space. I would hate to try to communicate calmly with children when such a loud and painful alarm is blaring. This is absolutely unnecessary. The hospital's fire alarm in Jonesboro is much much quieter and reasonable, and it's a HOSPITAL! This needs to be inspected and addressed.
I work here so I have an obvious bias. I am just writing this for the points. I need to add more words, so my only complaint is that Wi-Fi is weird. It works fine. There are no issues but the fact that our provider, SafetyNet, isn't something more modern is disappointing but hey it gets the job done. None of what you just read matters. I work here, remember? Love the place job-wise.
Loved this downtown apartment for our short stay in Jonesboro. The place itself was perfect-nicely but simply decorated, had everything that we needed, including dishwasher and washing machine soap.
It was perfect for our little family (an adult cou
You hear about southern hospitality all of the time but Iâve never truly experienced it like I did for a 1-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro.
Upon using the app to book two adjoining rooms, I was having issues. I called the hotel directly a
The prices are about what you'd expect. If you want cheap, go to Amazon or Walmart. But, the quality has been amazing. Even the products I didn't prefer, I could see others liking. And the products I do get have been proving to be exactly what I need
We love our hot tub. The buying experience was easy. The team showed us everything to help us make the best decision. They came out and made sure it fit properly in our space before the purchase. During the install, they also made sure we knew how to
Austin is amazing with the younger students, he and his staff are constantly encouraging, and guiding them. I have been so impressed with his commitment to teaching the young students how to not only deal with physical bullying, but how to be positiv
The service here is outstanding and the food is great. Definitely check out. They go above and beyond. Thanks for fitting me in when you were suppose to be closed for an event. I really appreciate. See ya next week!
I love this place! My boyfriend and I will probably return here as our usual lunch spot. There arenât a lot of different, casual places in Jonesboro. This place definitely took first prize! The staff is so sweet, accommodating, and genuinely makes
We always love stopping by here to let the kids run. The playground is large with a variety of options, trending to older kids, but my toddler manages just fine. I love the red seat style swings. Also, during the summer, on weekends, the snow cone tr
Wonderful food and quick service, what more could you ask for? How about putting it into an outdoor complex with other restaurants, throw in lots of seating and a variety of games, and the occasional live band!

This was our first time visiting Casa Blanca, so it's really just an initial impression. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. I had a burrito and taco combination plate, and my wife had the tacitos. The f
