Hotel is beautiful, rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. Coffee bar was amazing!! However, the breakfast was a huge disappointment. Hot breakfast looked old and dried out and they were out of so many things!! It was hard to find staff to ask for plates, forks, milk, coffee, etc….all which were out! We would stay here again, but would definitely find breakfast elsewhere.
Stayed here 4 times this year. Staff each and every time were pleasant and helpful. Location is not for from freeway and some places to eat nearby. Rooms are kinda rough. Shower design the worst with water getting all over floor outside shower. Shower heads dont help much. Sofa in rooms is on par with sitting on a leather slide, hard and slippery. Carpets were sticky in several spots on my most recent stay. Overheard several guests complain that their rooms were never cleaned. AC works enough. Breakfast is the normal you get from most places. Lastly, get the elevator serviced. With the noises it makes and how bad it shakes on the higher floors, it may be way overdue. I forgot to check with the front desk as neither elevator had the certificates or any info posted.
This is a great hotel. It is easy to get to from the freeway and has a well lit, large parking lot. The hotel was very clean. The layout of the room is great and the kitchenette is really convenient. Mobile check in and mobile room key were a breeze. Bonus is a free continental breakfast with the basics (waffles, english muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola, eggs, bacon, juice, coffee).
I had to do a pack out from my home because of asbestos issues from the very beginning when my insurance approved my stay upon calling the hotel to register I just happen to speak to the most pleasant person there was . Since being here she’s been nothing but an absolute gem, she goes above and beyond to make sure all of the guests needs and wants or meet. A lot of us that’s staying here is not on vacation so it’s hard being away from home but she makes this transition so much easier. I’m so grateful very this beautiful young lady. Demetra T. Front Desk Agent thank you for going beyond the call of duty for your guests you are much appreciated ♥️
This was our first stay at a Residence Inn and it was a good experience end to end. The staff was kind and helpful, the room well appointed and clean, the hotel writer and orderly, the workout room minimal but functional. The only negative was the fold out bed: unsleepable. But folded back as a couch, it worked fine and I had a fine night's rest.
Never write reviews but I stay in Marriotts every week and this staff is not what you usually get. Well really only saw one person in the whole place and she didn’t want to be there. Forget it if you need anything because as she told me, “no one else is here”.
Absolutely the nicest room I have stayed in. The front desk agent Constance was the nicest and most helpful person. She went above and beyond to help us out and I also saw her stop what she was doing when she saw a guest struggling to carry their groceries inside and she immediately walked outside to help him with his bags. Greatest customer service ever.
Don’t get a room on the ground floor or your feet might get wet when it rains. My room carpet was soaked along the outside wall after it rained. It was not a surprise to management when I reported it to the hotel staff.
Hotel lobby has a funk that reminds me of hot steel.
Breakfast quality is marginal to bad, depending upon the day.
Some of the staff was pleasant and some were grumpy.
Great location but you wonât hold a wedding reception here. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member it is a good hotel for an overnight stay anytime. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of locations to eat and very close to the I-20/I-5
We normally don't stay with HI but ended up here. It was a great visit, Sydney at the front desk was SUPER. She was like our own concierge person. We will definitely stay here again.
Shower of the Gods
I find myself in MS quite a bit and had never stayed here before. The service was great, the breakfast was well organized, clean and sufficient. The location wasnât great for what I needed and I wouldâve stayed at the downtown
I stayed at the la Quinta in Pearl Mississippi on two separate nights during my vacation. Once on my way west on my trip to Texas and then on my way home and my return trip to Alabama. The first day was made pleasant because it was late at night when
The staff made you feel welcome and at home.. Rooms were nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. They had a nice selection for the complimentary breakfast. We will choose Sleep Inn again.
I love this place so much there are a variety of candyâs you can choose from!! I came here today and told them if they had any freeze dried candy they did but only starbursts so I wanted to ask when do they come back in stock cause when they are ba
This was my very 1st time coming to a game here & I must say it was alot better than I was expecting. All the food & drinks were reasonable prices. The parking wasn't over crowded & the price to park wasn't bad at all. We had good seats in the shade
Cinemark is my theater of choice when I'm home. We saw "The Color Purple" in XD.
Purchased tickets online through Fandango, (reserved seating) and scanned my QR code once inside. Reclining seats to enjoy the HD experience are always a plus, but my s
First time to visit, nice and clean, on a Saturday from about 10-1 , not extremely busy, I was okay but thought like some places having you are here on directory would help some people navigate
We were driving to Dallas, Texas from Prattville, Alabama and planned the trip around stopping in here based on the reviews alone and we couldnât be happier that we did. Their donuts are light, fluffy, DELICIOUS, and not too sweet at all!!! Itâs
My 1st time eating here in Pearl, MS and it was well worth it. The ambiance was lovely. The staff were very helpful and polite. The place was clean, there was a short wait before being seated for it to be a Saturday evening. Though my chicken was
Unassuming and laid back restaurant with delicious food. Having never eaten Crawfish before, I didnât know what to expect. Conclusion: super tasty. Glad we got the mild, as they were still spicy but super flavorful. Shrimp po boy was also very good
Salsa's is the family's normal go-to when we get together with other family members. The food and service are generally good. If they are busy at all, seating can become cramped.
The only real downside is if they seat you in the area to the right wh
