I really liked this room, and this hotel. I've been staying in a lot of business hotels lately, and it just get the feel that they lose track of my humanity. What I mean is, I become a commodity to most business hotels, and they just want to stick me in a box for a fee for as long as I'll stay. I didn't get that feeling with this hotel at all. They read my comments and requests when I made the reservation and they accommodated everything. It was so comfortable and so quiet. I really feel like this could have been one of my top five business hotel stays of my career. Was everything perfect? No. But anything that came up they handled with Grace and care. The folks who work there were super helpful and could direct me to nearby food establishments that were both delicious and convenient. The Hotel gym was adequate. They had the elliptical gliders I like and they had at least a couple of free weights. I got my workout in. That's all I really needed. The breakfast was good. It wasn't great, but it was good. Every day, scrambled eggs, meat, cheese, pancakes or waffles. There was always some kind of breakfast sandwich, too. I didn't like these. I would try them every day and essentially just toss them. But it's hard to argue with fresh scrambled eggs, a protein, and cheese and salsa. Also, there was oatmeal, cereal, juices, coffee, and fresh fruit as well as packaged baked goods. The only complaint I had about breakfast was that breakfast sandwich which just was not any good any day I tried it. So, how was the hotel? It was great! So how was the room? Was comfortable and quiet. So, would you go back there again? Oh heck yes! Next time I go, I'm definitely staying here again. Five Stars.
I am writing to express my concern regarding a significant issue that has arisen in the hotel during my stay last week. There is an unpleasant odor emanating from the elevator, which has become increasingly strong and pervasive. Both residents and visitors alike have expressed discomfort due to this odor. Upon inquiring at the front desk, I was informed that the smell is a result of chemicals applied to the elevator gears. While I appreciate the transparency, I must emphasize the seriousness of this matter. Not only is the smell unpleasant, but it also raises valid concerns about potential health hazards associated with exposure to these chemicals. Given the frequency of elevator use in the building, it is imperative that this issue is addressed promptly. The safety and well-being of everyone who uses the elevator regularly must be ensured. This situation is far from normal and requires immediate attention to rectify. I kindly urge the hotel management to take swift action to eliminate the odor and address any underlying issues causing it.
They have EV charges too, big plus for travelers. Front desk Naysa Peake was awesome, compassionate to our request for early check-in. Thank you.
This hotel offers an excellent location in a safe area packed with shops and places to eat. The outdoor space is well-kept and inviting - a great spot to unwind. The rooms are comfortable and serve as the perfect base for all your adventures. What stands out most, though, is the staff. They're genuinely welcoming and make your stay even better. A real standout pick for travelers.
Rooms are relatively nice, could use better cleaning. Service is all very nice. Front desk staff, the lady at breakfast is especially nice. The location is good if that's where you need to be. Otherwise, who wants to be there? Overall, a well run residence inn.
WOW, what a pleasant surprise upon checking in here. First time in this hotel/area and it is great. Modern, clean facility, staff is awesome, lots of amenities, nice free breakfast . Close to everything, and major highways. Situated in the middle of a pop up community, featuring alot of restaurants, shops, and a Harris Teeter supermarket. Don't change, you have a customer for life.
Nice and clean! Nice staff and pretty great location as far as walkable dining options.
This is hands down the best Residence Inn in the country. Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Desk, and Management are phenomenal!!! All staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The property is in close proximity to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. Can't miss property. I would give this Residence Inn "Six" stars if I were allowed.
Local favorite. Last visit was during restaurantâs week. All items ordered came out great as usual. Server was a bearded guy with tattoos on his hands. Heâs very nice and super friendly. I noticed a black gentleman walking around to check on all
