Residence Inn Franklin Berry Farms - Hotel in Franklin - 8078 Berry Farms Crossing, USA

Stayed four days. Hotel is in great location. Check in was very easy, nice front desk staff. Very clean room had well equipped kitchen. Room was nice size. Housekeeping was every other day which was not a problem for us. The only issue was bathroom has no hooks to hang towels or robes.

We came for a weekend Jiu Jitsu tournament. We travel a lot so have stayed in many hotels, and weren’t expecting much. But this place completely took us by surprise! It felt like staying in a resort. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The room has a full kitchen. We grilled steaks and salmon on the outdoor patio. We used the exercise room. The staff is amazing - Justin and Swan at the front desk were so kind and helpful. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked amazing. Absolutely stay here.

We’ve stayed there before. This time I paid for two rooms with points for my family. They very reluctantly allowed my daughter to check in an hour before us but insisted on a credit card over the phone for “incidentals”. When I objected, since they had my card on file, they backed off. When we got there an hour later I called from our room to find what room my daughter had checked into. They wouldn’t tell me even though I paid for both rooms. What the hell? Next time lots of other hotels in the area.

Only reason for the 4 star is because house keepers are bugging every hour starting 9am on your door on your check out date to kick you out. Can´t get more annoying!!!!

Want to give praise to the front desk staff. Especially to Justin. My reason for going to Tennessee broke my heart, and he helped mend some of those pieces by just being himself and allowing me to rant to him. 10/10 would stay again just to get to be around his energy. The rooms are beautiful! And location is perfect!

By far the best hotel stay I have ever had!The layout of the room was excellent and spacious with so many extra accommodating features. There was even a set of very nice and sturdy glassware dishes in the kitchen area. Who does that?? They do. I will definitely recommend and return every chance that I get.

Loved it here!! The staff was so kind and helped me with all of my questions regarding the market! I also felt the check in and out process was very smooth and took very little time. I would definitely stay here again. The lady at the front desk Diane i think her name is, was very lovely.

Trish, the sales manager, was very accommodating from the moment I arrived. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Fit my needs for my travel ! Had a full kitchen and there was a Publix right down the road to stock up on a few days to cook if you're there that long. There's also a barbecue downstairs. Was very pleased! 😃
