Residence Inn Fort Worth Southwest - Hotel in Fort Worth - 5825 Arborlawn Dr, USA

This is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here! It seems new and is overall very clean - I have stayed here multiple times and have never had a problem, and would stay here again if I'm in the area. The location is great, next to yoga, cycling, restaurants, and Whole Foods which is so amazing to able to be so close and stock up the kitchen in each room. The kitchen has cookware, full sized fridge, sponge with dish soap, dishwasher, stove. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. The laundry services are free & the washer/dryers are clean. They sell detergent, etc. at the front desk area for a very reasonable price. I didn't try the breakfast but seems many people enjoy it in the morning. The gym looks clean and I heard good things from other guests. The pool is small but looks nice and guests seem to enjoy it when I'm walking by. One thing I noticed for the shower is the water is 'soft' but that doesn't discourage me from staying here.

We were visiting a local area and after reviewing all the reviews we booked with Residence Inn. First off the service is amazing from the front desk to the housekeeper. I specifically want to call out Martha who always had a smile on her face every morning and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. Anytime we saw her throughout the day she always made sure to smile and check in. The location was very convenient for our needs. If you are going to downtown Dallas it’s a bit of a drive, especially if you hit traffic. We didn’t mind but just wanted to share that. Right next door is an outdoor area that has restaurants and businesses for everyone. There is even a Play Museum for our toddler, which he loved. The rooms are very clean. The only reason I have 4 stars for the room is the bed. The bed could use an upgrade. My back was in pain every morning but honestly with the experience we would still stay here. We highly recommend if you are in the area to stop here.

Stayed here during the CrossFit Games this year. The staff was amazing. I called the week before as I had had foot surgery and was going to need some accessibility assistance that I wasn’t aware of when I booked months ago. They were great about it. When I arrived we had been moved to an accessible room however my biggest need, a shower chair, was missing. By the next day I had one installed in the tub and on top of it they also installed a handheld shower head. The hotel and gym were always clean. The cleaning staff that were only scheduled to come in every other day clearly went above and beyond as we would come back and find dishes washed or the bathroom cleaned on days we weren’t expecting. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many different hotel chains but I will always go for Marriott if it’s an option. Thanks for making our trip as easy as possible!

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when in the area! The entire property was very clean; inside and out! Room had all the amenities you might need; layout was great, comfy bed, quiet (didn't hear anyone else while in our room), complimentary breakfast was good and a great way to start our day! Location saves this place otherwise kind of awful. Blinking harsh emergency light in bedroom. All night every 15 minutes a blazing flash… room cooling uneven, bedroom hot and balance of room cold.odd layout so first floor is below main floor am]nd there is no instructions saying that Is the case.. parking a hike. Room noise horrible up at 430 am with garbage truck outside. Only reason to stay here is access to trails and ability to walk around .

Absolutely love this place. New hotel, so very neat. I booked city view but didn’t get it, that’s ok. I ended up having issues with my toilet the night we got there but the 2 staffs on shift Jennifer & Khana are so polite, courteous, helpful and friendly and I want to thank Jennifer for her patience with me during check in. Staff here are very nice. This is my review post check in, will edit as time goes on.. PS- I think you get charged for parking

Room had kitchen and living area with a separate bedroom. Cozy. Front desk ppl were nice. Breakfast was 5 out of 10

Every employee is dedicated, patient & kind. Front desk emplyees Celeste, Jarrell, Jennifer and the breakfast ladies, Christine & Martha are all fabulous. Hotel breakfast is excellent & has lots of healthy choices. Hotel is convenient to restaurants, shops, museums & TCU.
