Residence Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport - Featured Reviews (527)
This is probably the best RIs I've stayed at. The furniture, linens, and fixtures were all clean and in good shape. The room itself was a little worn but fine. The air conditioner worked great. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was standard RI fare; real plates and cutlery were appreciated.
Positive: Location is great. 2 bedroom option is perfect for our grandkids to stay with us. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. (this was our second stay at this hotel) Negative: could use new carpet in the room as it is showing some wear, but it was clean
Big hotel. Very modern design. There are no issues with service. Really think they need to rework the menu. For instance, I like to consider myself a true connoisseur of deviled eggs, which ironically was on the menu. Ok, let's be honest , I knew it was an 80 to 20 chance they would be below Alabama standard. Yup, I was correct. Finally, Smashed Burger, which means we dont know how to cook to temp. Just an honest traveler.
Front desk staff was outstanding on check in on a Friday night and again on Saturday. The room itself had sticky floors, and no coffee for the coffee pot. The smoke alarm kept chirping for the duration of the visit, even when the battery was replaced. We were there Friday - Sunday, the trash was never emptied and the coffee was not restocked. The beds were so soft we sunk toward the middle and they were very uncomfortable. The A/C started to freeze up even though the temperature was not that cold. The location was great, the staff very friendly and professional, but due to the other issues mentioned, we will not be staying at this hotel again.
Residence Inn hotels are normally clean and in good shape. However, this location seems to need a little TLC. Here are a few items in my room that needs attention: 1) Grungy shower curtain. 2) Holes in window black-out curtains. 3) Office/desk chair had areas that were clearly cut to remove worn material, but it looked awful; they should replace the chair. 4) Dirty bar/counter stools. My room number was 318. I’ve stayed at many Residence Inns; this one was the worst one of the all.
I've stayed in this hotel 3 times and was always satisfied. When Mary is in charge of breakfast (Monday - Friday) it's the best breakfast I ever had at any hotel, nothing is missing and you can feel that she puts her heart out to make sure the quality is great. The hotel is maybe not very new, but it's always clean and the staff takes care of things. There's a swimming pool and a jacuzzi! (In case Texan heat is not enough haha). Small, but well equipped gym. To do laundry you need to download an app, which is a bit inconvenient. Would stay again!
Standard US hotel with minimal services. They do not accept cash at the hotel and their guest washing machines do not work with non US phones and or Credit cards. So if you live outside the US you will not have clean clothes. The Hotel has no other laundry services available. |When asked about the refusal to accept cash for anything at the front desk, they claim it is for “security”, | |Recommend staying in a hotel with better services available and cares about liberty.
They overcharged by more than $200 for four nights, took talking to them at the desk during checkout followed by 3 phone calls (I was supposed to receive a call back from their manager but never did) to finally have them realize and fix their mistake. The shower curtain rods were falling off the walls, generally needs better upkeep and a new manager.
