First time at this hotel. We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was temperature heated which was a plus and the view of the bay was spectacular! We really enjoyed the company of Spencer C. from the front desk and Stephen F. from maintenance. The two gentleman really went out of their way to make our visit very pleasant and enjoyable. After talking to them both on and off throughout our visit. Management at this hotel have found two gems. Best service we have ever had in this area. Would really like to see these gentlemen in management in the future!

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything you need. Busy street, if you're looking for laid back, not much traffic. Not your spot. Fair amount of parking. Room was well maintained and up to date. Will return.

Great view!! Friendly staff!! Nothing is within walking distance just be prepared to travel by car. The road in front of the hotel was extremely busy. So staying at the hotel and enjoying the view rather than going out was a great option. The hotel is pet friendly. We enjoyed watching a family of dolphins.

We were very pleased with this hotel, which we had stayed with our friends before, and this time we are staying with our family. In addition to the wonderful bay view of the hotel rooms, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Jonathan, the receptionist, helped me very sincerely with a matter I needed help with. I would like to thank him especially. I think I will continue to stay in this wonderful hotel. Very nice hotel with a great location. Room were clean and also the grounds. The best part was the front desk clerk Spencer who checked me in on Saturday morning. Very professional , knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Spencer had a good sense of humor. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. Great gym with view of the river. Breakfast was also good and filling.

Been here 3 days. 7 more days to enjoy. It's been great so far. Checking, the morning staff, and Steve the maintenance guy...he has been great. He shared a few local secrets with us. He was great. Newer hotel, clean,smalls great, and easy to get to. My only item I wish I would of done was adk if I could get a room with a view of the water, not the parking lot. But its been a great place. Full kitchen. Huge TV. I travel a lot. This is a nice place.

I loved this hotel. It was my first time staying and I will stay again. The staff was amazing. Anytime I saw them they spoke to me. They always asked if I needed anything. Also every inch of the hotel was clean. I had breakfast it was good. But also when i was eating breakfast the staff check multiple times to make sure it stay clean. I don’t even see that in more expensive hotels. Definitely book this.

Spencer and Andrea took good care of me. Spencer ensured that I was able to stay in the same room despite booking under three different reservations (a combination of points and regular payment), and Andrea allowed me to check out late and cancel my final night so I could return to Tampa ahead of the incoming storm. The location was ideal- walking distance to downtown, the Shack, and a very short drive to the wonderful pier and beach on Okaloosa Island.
