We will definitely come back. Jason the front desk manager was so attentive, I was amazed and this was on a daily basis. The parking attending team Antonio, Felipe, Daniel and Frank what a service, they all have a nice attitude and always smile all five of them |mention, I believe they are valuable assets to this company. Very polite and courteous service. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Our second time staying at this hotel, and loved it just as much as the first time. The breakfast is very good, and has a wide selection. The valet employees were super nice and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Frank was amazing!! Went over and beyond and he loved whiskey, they became best friends! We will definitely be back to see you frank! And the hotel was amazing! Has everything you need. The washer and dryer and the dishwasher were a huge bonus to our stay

My family and I had a great time here. The rooms are very spacious and come with in-room kitchens. Everything was very clean overall. The staff, including the front desk and housekeeping, were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers direct access to the beach and includes free breakfast. Most rooms have views of the ocean. If you use the Bonvoy Marriott app, you can chat with reception and request supplies like soap, towels, shampoo, etc. The response time is phenomenal. You can also use the mobile digital key feature to unlock your room using your phone. The only nuisance was the noise from the renovation in the room above us, which started at 6 AM and continued until 9 PM for six days straight. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and it can get busy with nowhere to sit, so go early. Other than that, everything was fabulous! We will definitely come back again.

As locals, we had a beautiful staycation. We set up beach chairs outside of the property. Josh and Nick were attentive and took care of us on the beach. Jessica Zahn made everything so easy and attention to detail made us feel very welcome. We will be back!

My family and I just finished a stay at Residence Inn and had a wonderful experience. The best part of the hotel is the staff, who were amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The location is great, with a beautiful pool and ocean view, While the hotel is a bit old and could use some renovation, it is still a fantastic option for families with kids. Additionally, it's just a short drive to numerous stores, restaurants, and different cities. Overall, I highly recommend Residence Inn for anyone looking for a convenient and family-friendly place to stay.

Wonderful hotel, right on the beach and near lighthouse point! Great restaurant with a variety of foods. Also has breakfast in the morning and works right out to the pool as well as right directly on the beach! Beautiful rooms with balconies that overlook the beaches and pool as you look down. I was on the ninth floor so I had a great room. Room 909 was wonderful and I’ve stayed on the seventh floor 708 as well! The staff is very friendly and one of the managers, Jason is excellent and friendly and always upbeat! The staff is always willing to help and will talk to you about anything locally as well. They always are cleaning the pool in the morning and do a great job keeping the hotel clean as well! The breakfast area is always kept clean and filled sufficiently for all the guests! The beach outfront is spectacular especially for those beautiful sunrises! You can’t beat it! Really enjoyed my stay here as I come here often and will continue to do so in the future!

It was very disappointing as a Marriott Hotel representative. The best thing about this hotel is by far the views and beach location. They truly need to renovate!!! We booked a 2bedroom ocean view for a few days but had to leave after one night. The outside walk to your room is dangerous with the uneven floors. The one couch in our room was dirty old and seem to be broken. When we pulled up the valet person was not very inviting no help with your door , luggage or anything. Luggage carts are barely holding on. Our room was missing a night stand so things had to be place on floor. I would not recommend this hotel unless someone was very desperate to be on the beach. Most of the front desk staff was very nice .
