Beware if you have asthma or even just a sense of smell at all. The vent in the bathroom does NOT pull air out. In fact, it blows air in. From where? I have no clue, but it results in your bathroom smelling like perfume, cigarette smoke, weed, whatever the flavor of the night is. A full week of our 2+ week stay was ruined by the smell of perfume coming from the bathroom vents, and then another several nights by cigarette smoke. Imagine trying to sleep at 3 am and your entire room smells like you just walked into a dive bar! Imagine trying to enjoy your dinner and then all the sudden the room reeks of weed. Stuffing towels in the vents and under the door doesn’t even do the trick. Imagine trying to shower or use the bathroom and you have to breathe all this crap in. And then you can’t vent out the steam from the shower because OH WAIT, there is no actual exhaust fan! Maybe for the area this is considered a nice hotel but if you value your sanity please stay somewhere else. The only good thing about this hotel was the general manager. She was very friendly and fast and helpful. The front desk people did the best they could given the clientele they’re dealing with.

I wish I would give zero stars for what I just experienced. The staff are friendly but not helpful. We booked this place for 4 nights but could only stay for 2 nights and had to leave due to mold in our first room and then I was so sick I had to cut our trip short and change our flights to go home. My husband and I planed a trip to enjoy together and get away and that was completely ruined by our stay here. The manager never spoke with us and no one checked on us after the complaint and the room change. Sergio is who I was told was supposed to check in but he never did. They only comped us one nights stay and gave us points, after all of this it should be completely comped. I will never stay here or recommend this place and I’ll also be filing a complaint with their corporate office and the Florida Hotel Licensing. Mold is so hazardous and such a health concern. I’ve had a headache, nausea and vomiting since checking in here even with the room change. Completely unsatisfactory and unhealthy conditions.

As a frequent traveler I will not be staying here again. The first issue I had is just get rid of the app because it’s pointless to use at this location. I checked in through the app early, I didn’t receive a room number so I called the front desk. Kanea answered and said it’s against hotel policy to give out room numbers over the phone. So I asked if he is checking the chats to provide me my room number as I have already checked in. It is secure and I have to log into my own account. He said that was against hotel policy as well. He reported it is required to come to the front desk and show your id and card. But you are able to check out of the hotel without going to the front desk??! Make that make sense??! all that being said I won’t be staying here again. And if these are truly hotel policies then stop requesting people to check in early through the app.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days and we enjoyed it a lot here because everything was clean like the pool, our room with the kitchenette and just everything was clean and organized. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious and deserves 5 stars and the staff was very kind mostly Kally And Shelly who were very helpful! Very recommended!! 👍👍

This is a wonderful Marriott property that I will visit again the next time I am in the area for work. Each and every staff member I interacted with was not only helpful but also friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the shower never ran out of hot water, and most importantly for me, the a/c worked well. I prefer to be somewhat out of the way, but this location might not suit your needs if you're looking for easy access to nightlife or if you're a light sleeper sensitive to road noise. The hotel sits in a commercial area somewhat close to the highway but not an overly busy one. It faces a beautiful pond/small lake where you'll frequently see people out for a jog or fishing. If I had to say anything negative, it would only be that the kitchen in the room has a limited amount of cookware. I'm sure if I had cared enough to ask a staff member, they would have solved that non-issue quickly. This is a prime example of what every Marriott location should strive to be. Wish I could give it 6 stars

We'd definitely stay here again, but I have mixed feelings about the property. ||||First, the front desk staff were very friendly and great. Anything we needed they took care of. At one point during our stay, some jackwagon on our floor decided to start smoking marijuana in their room and it was making its way into our room. #1) This is a no-smoking property, #2, Because of my job, I can't be around the stuff. We are cautioned by HR not even to touch CBD oil because of how sensitive the drug tests are, and passengers aren't comfortable with their pilots' clothes reeking of weed like they'd been at a Rastafarian festival. The front desk was right on it and kicked the offending party out at 11:30p at night and proceeded to ventilate and deodorize the hotel. ||||Breakfast was good. Typical RI, but that's not a bad thing. ||||The downside? Building maintenance and a little housekeeping. This property isn't all that old, but it feels decades older than it is because of wear and tear that hasn't been addressed. The view from our window was nice, minus the large streaks of black mold on the outside of the building. The carpet in our room was vacuumed but didn't feel clean and could have used a shampoo, as could rugs in the common area. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Bathroom lighting was on the dim side. ||||With that said, I'd stay here again. The hotel effectively and swiftly dealt with the jackwagon and they were pleasant. The room was clean where it counted most. I'm hoping maintenance improves.

This is a ok hotel with a pool for the price you pay. It is a little dated now and the fire pit has not worked for a long while apparently which is a disappointment. We also had the bbq out of service too. The air conditioner in the room was too loud as well! The pool was not cleaned recently. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so be aware if you have no car Uber will have to be used as they have no local taxi service. I would say stay in this hotel for one night due to a cruise or on the way to something not as a vacation hotel.

I forgot my toiletry bag and have contacted this property at least 3 times trying to determine if they have my bag and if they are able to return it to me. Each time I was told that housekeeping was not available and that someone from housekeeping would return my call the following day. It's been a full week and I am still waiting for someone to return my call. Each time I called, the staff was not helpful in determining if my property was even in lost and found. Also, the location of this property is terrible. Nothing around there and in a sketchy neighborhood. I would avoid this property at all cost.
