The newness of the hotel is a real plus. The outdoor fire pit with cozy chairs was nice for the evening. The full sized appliances in the kitchen were great, including refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher/soap, place setting and silverware for four, nice glasses, toaster, paper towels, dish towel. Coffeemaker was tray-type, single cup, average tasting coffee (extras at front desk) and liquid creamers. Two TV's in the two rooms, thoughtfully designed with ample outlets, lighting, wall mounted bulk toiletries. Breakfast choices felt quite limited with only 2 hot choices (sausage, scrambled eggs). No bogus fees a welcome change from other properties who nickel and dime you.||Our Silver Elite Marriott Rewards status was recognized but we had to make a special request to receive 2 waters plus 2 snack bags (we chose Cheezits). Front desk clerks Lizzie and Keleem very welcoming and everywhere we walked staff offered a smile and asked how our stay was going.||Negatives: We were assigned to Room 424. Rooms ending in -24 are directly in front of a very busy intersection with a traffic light and, just beyond the trees, I-80! Walls are thin and early morning rush hour started at 4 am, so the throaty sound of accelerating commuters with the green light woke us up and kept us awake. Also housekeeping did not turn off alarm from previous guest, so that was a 5 am noisemaker. Be sure to request a room facing the parking lot, which is the main entrance to the hotel (I think that is north). ||Would give the property a five except for a skimpy hot breakfast and the noisy room we were assigned.

Wonderful NEW hotel - really enjoyed our stay here. Lira made us feel so welcome and gave us great suggestions for the area. There’s a super nice patio (with a fire pit), a good-sized pool, gym, and spacious/modern rooms. Delish breakfast! Easy driving distance to Napa. ||Only complaint is the small amount of airflow in the bedroom (we stayed in a one bedroom suite), so it got kind of hot at night. But we just left the bedroom door open and it was ok. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

One of the best Residence inn I have stayed at. Everything is new and clean. Rooms are excellent. Air-conditioning is perfect and so quiet. Bathrooms are nice with excellent walk in shower. Beds are very comfortable. Whole property is well taken care of. Will be staying here alot in the future.

We were disappointed with the quality of services at this hotel. The bathroom and the refrigerator were not cleaned properly, the swimming pool was ICE cold (when it is supposedly a heated pool). The toilet broke on the first day. The breakfast was awful, the toaster was not working properly. The scrambled eggs had NO taste whatsoever, and boiled eggs were similarly poor quality. Only pork was offered (sausage and some gross pork patties) with the eggs. Bagels were hard as rock and terrible as well. For a place that charges over $200 a night they could have done offered higher quality items. There was some shady characters in the parking lot "repairing and packing their car. The guy had his pants down all the way to his knees and was driving around with his hood and trunk open which is totally unsafe. We asked for a late checkout which is a benefit of your membership. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that the whole bed was sloping downward by the headboard. My son could not get proper sleep and I woke up with a horrible back ache. I wanted to let my son sleep in a bit to make up for last sleep. However, they did not want to honor our membership benefit. What happened to customer service? Hallo, aren't you in the hospitality business? We will never book at this hotel again. They should be inspected and downgraded. It is clearly not worth to pay this much for such poor quality.

Would book again for event/activity in Napa if you are looking for a quality stay at a reasonable price and you don’t need to be in Napa. 15 minute easy drive into Napa. Easy to get in and out of hotel and onto highway. Very close to grocery store and deli if you want to pick up food and eat in your room. Newer hotel, no issues. Standard free breakfast, all very nice people encountered. Will likely book again. 4/5 stars overall, 5 stars if you’re just looking at it as a work trip hotel and don’t need a fancy stay.

Be Aware! DO NOT book this hotel. Even with reservation you can be left with a simple explanation at the front desk that all rooms are full and they are oversold. There is no compensation or sorry. Staff are not helpful and you are on your own to figure out. We really look forward to our two night stay at Napa for a birthday weekend. This hotel seems to be new and spacious room. However, our stay turned into the worse experience ever with a Marriott chain hotel. Don’t think if you have a reservation you have a room. I don’t understand how they can be oversold. Also, I had checked in the hotel the night before on the app confirming of my reservation. We reserved this room half a year ago to celebrate a birthday weekend. We came in to check in at 4pm (which is the earliest check in time at this property) and they said they are oversold so the only room they can give us is a room with no AC. That left me no options but to take the room. We got into the room and it was 85degrees with a portable fan and portable AC which didn’t help at all. They suggested us to stay at the Courtyard hotel nearby but we would need to book the room ourselves. We made the call and that hotel doesn’t allow dog so it’s not helpful to us. We also brought our small dog with us so that leave us with not much options. We wasted 2 hrs in the hotel trying to figure out if we can get our points back. The reception blamed everything on the system. However I personally know that the system which Marriott uses should not have an over sold issue. Also there was another group trying to check in with family and friends special discount and they didn’t get their room too. The customer service representative kept going back and forth to the back room to communicate to the manager but the manager didn’t even show up to talk to us. Worse experience ever. The mgmt needs to improve the way they treat their customers. We drove a long way to come here for a vacation but giving us the very last room they have available and that room happens to be no AC? is very unreasonable. I hope that management reads this review and get back to me in compensation for my previous vacation time and ruining our trip. Also FYI, it’s weird that their hotel is oversold because even right then when we went online there were still rooms available on the Google map link site to rent a room. Makes me wonder if it’s because our room was a point redemption room and they don’t want to service us.

I recommend this hotel. This hotel is a little more than a year old and ALL rooms have air conditioning. We have been at this location on and off since the first day it opened in July 2023. Lira, Tiana, Lizette are 1 of the main reasons we keep coming back. The other is the hotel is close to our family. Friendly and attentive ladies who are genuinely interested in your comfort. Jorge is the Engineer Maintenance always asking if everything is okay with your room. Pool is kept clean and both BBQs are clean and in running order regardless of weather.

Booked a reservation for our son and called to confirm that he could check in. The front desk was rude, management was rude and follow up calls were rudely dismissed and our account was charged. The front desk lied to management and management was completely unhelpful. this reflects on Marriott Bonvoy with whom we have been longtime members.
