I stayed for a week and the place is very nice and clean. Camille and Ana help me with breakfast at 6 am while the buffet wasn’t even open, they went out of their way to help us. Front desk, Jarrett has upgraded us being part of the marriott club and was so quick and accommodating at check in. Lovely staff, will come back!

Thank you Camille, Kim, Judy and Erma(?), for your excellent customer service. I wish there had been more variety for breakfast. The location was convenient but sometimes confusing to find the hotel. The room was missing toiletries but overall the stay was okay.

Great customer service at the concierge desk. I reserved a 1 King Bed and Sofa Bed, but I got a huge 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, 1 sofa bed w/fire place, and a kitchen for the same price. American Dream was only 5 minutes away. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their continental breakfast selection was. The kids loved it and want to come back. Highly recommend :) 5 stars.

We stayed in a double bedroom suite, which was great. The suite had an incredible view. The hotel was clean and very well maintained, nothing old about it. Checking in was a bit of a hassle because their was an attendant in the front trying to take care of multiple people at the same time. I loved that the staff was bilingual. Away from a 5 star was that it was a little pricey for the 2 nights we stayed. Overall a good place to stay.

Always stay here when visiting Big Snow. The pool was a little cold for me and the hot tub jets weren't working. Rooms were clean, given an upgrade and it was wonderful.

I have been staying at this location for years. The hotel was recently remodeled. Rooms are very nice. The hotel staff is the best in the business. Sales staff has always done there best to help me out with last minute reservations. The hotel staff from management to the maids, everyone is super friendly. I'm a Titanium Elite so, I stay in a lot of Marriott hotels. This hotel is the only hotel I stay at when traveling in and out of NYC.
