This hotel is amazing! Staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast had huge variety and was very good. The man in charge of the breakfast area did a great job - food was good, he was very attentive making sure the food areas were stocked and clean. He cleared dishes right away and wiped down tables. The room was great- we loved the layout and it was well decorated and clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean. The morning we were leaving someone was even wiping down the insides of the elevators. The landscaping was pretty outside. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Peoria!!

Overall it was a okay stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. Our housekeeper was very understanding and sweet. I had several issues with the front desk. (I have worked the front desk before in many hotels and understand what quality service should look like.) Most of them were not very personable and seemed like they really didn't care about me or probably any guest. They were not accommodating with really any of my reservation any time I would ask for anything (and the hotel was not very busy at all). Just really made it hard to enjoy everything else throughout the trip.

Stayed for 5 it’s. There were several times I went to the front desk and waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up. The night we arrived I called the hotel from my cell phone in front of the desk after waiting 10 minutes just to check in. Room product is decent and have a lot of amenities. Staff needs to be trained.

Felt deceived by the ratings I see here. All though if you read the reviews you understand. Our room had furniture that was absolutely gross. I understand they have a reno planned but they need to replace the upholstery now!!! I did not want to even sit down, stains, padded worn through, holes, wripples and more. I also pre requested a rollaway which they said yes to in advance and reserved it for me. They did not deliver. I sat up until 11pm when finally a very sweet helpful housekeeping person and rude front desk person delivered. The man seemed stunned that I was in my pajamas, did I mention 11pm after probably 5-6 phone calls. She wheeled the bed in by herself with my help and together we put the sheets on. This gentlemen just stood in the hall looking annoyed and offered no help. This is way below hilton and embassy standards. Also the breakfast is good if you can get some. We waiting 30 minutes plus to get eggs and french toast standing in line. They do not even have other things like bacon and sausage out so the line is inevitable. Poor management of the entire operation, terrible set up for breakfast (although the food was good if you were patient and had time). They really need to shut this place down and do the reno immediately. And hire new management. Very very disappointing. Find somewhere else to go. Shower and bathroom were dirty and destroyed with very very low water pressure too. Luke warm water at best, every time used.

The location is great. Several choices of food, shopping and grocery stores close by. This hotel was very clean. But the best part is their team. Everyone was super friendly. Dani and Molly where who I had the most interaction with and you couldn't ask for more personable and polite people. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay. For three years my favorite stay in Peoria. The rooms are amazing and feel like home. Breakfast is great. Area is okay and close to shops and restaurants. But the best: the service is amazing! Great people working at the Residence Inn. See you next time.

We stayed while my dad was in the hospital and I did not like the manager at all. Me and my mom asked a simple question about the pool hours and she got snotty and said "are you even guests here" and was overall rude when I went to check out the gym she didn't even ask for my age and just immediately said "you can't be here" and was not nice about it. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were nice and big, had a full-size fridge, and were a great stay. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff was nice.
