Enjoyed our one night stay here!! Took my nieces for a girls trip go have a nice weekend and opted for the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and it was amazing!! Definitely did not disappoint. Staff at check in were very quick, patient and friendly! Hotel is In walking distance to a small convenient plaza, the amenities were awesome and the hotel isn’t like a typical Residence Inn which was awesome because it seemed more “higher class”. Breakfast 4/5 since waffles aren’t a full one rather 4 minis and scrambled eggs are egg whites. Other than that, housekeeping (Maria) did an outstanding job with our room 211, room was clean and parking was ample. I wish it wasn’t so far from DC and other things to do, but I would still stay here in the future based on my experience

This is a top notch Residence Inn. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and spacious and well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and responsive and the breakfast was quite impressive with eggs, meats, cereal, waffles and much more. The property is in a great location adjacent to Wegman’s and a Target. Will absolutely return.

I first want to thank Fatima, Jayden and Mike, for your polite and friendly demeanor. It was a pleasure meeting you. My son and I traveled here to celebrate his 16th birthday in DC. Which is a short 45min. drive or 1hr. metro ride away. I originally planed to park at a Metro station and take the Metro into DC. I was ecstatic when I found out that not only would they shuttle us to the nearest station, they would also pick us up as long as it was before 10pm. One phone call is all it took letting them know we were arriving at the pick up location. They were prompt and even waited until we meet up with them. The centralization of this hotel is one that can't be beat. Within walking distance there are many restaurants and shopping. Rooms have a full sized fridge, half stove, microwave, dishes and dishwasher. There's an in house mini market with plenty of snack options not to mention some adult beverages. Complimentary breakfast is served until 10am and offered many different options, including a waffle and oatmeal station. The fact that check out isn't until 12pm was great and the option to extend check out up to 3pm is an added bonus. The sofa bed is the only bad review I can give. The sofa itself was not comfortable not to mention the mattress was stiff and very thin.

We love Residence Inns and this one is the best so far. For starters, Jaden gave us a quiet room, tucked away from civilization and noise (LOL). Fatima provided ice cold water while we awaited the preparation of our room at check-in. The lobby is large, modern and impressive. The gym, pool and grounds are very well maintained. Our room was large and immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping and service staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was free, with a variety of hot and cold food and beverages and the dining area was continuously being cleaned and organized. There are many fast food and casual dining restaurants and stores in the adjacent shopping plaza and area and Dulles Airport is minutes away. Do yourself and family a favor and stay here when in the area.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at the Residence Inn Dulles Airport. The hotel’s location is excellent and convenient for shopping, but there were several concerns during my visit that I believe need attention.||Upon arrival, I requested a room upgrade as a platinum member for my 8-night stay, but was informed the hotel was full. However, I found available suites on the Marriott Bonvoy app, leading me to feel that the hotel was not being transparent with its room availability for loyal members.||Additionally, I noticed that the creamers provided in my room were expired. Although the manager addressed this issue promptly by providing fresh ones, it reflects a lack of regular quality checks in the apartment dining area.||I also encountered issues with the cleanliness of the towels. Some were dirty upon arrival, and the replacement towels had brown spots the following day.||Moreover, I had arranged for a late check-out at 4 PM with one receptionist, but a different receptionist (young lady with blonde hair) the following day denied this request without checking my profile or the prior arrangement. Her attitude was unwelcoming, and her dismissive response was surprising. The Marriott Bonvoy platform was created to facilitate guest communication and requests; her response did not align with that philosophy.||I would like to thank the hotel manager for addressing the creamer issue and also express my appreciation for the hotel driver who provided exceptional service during my airport transfer.||In conclusion, while I value the potential of the Residence Inn, my experience suggests that there are other hotels in the area that prioritize guest satisfaction more effectively.||Thank you for considering my feedback.

We used this hotel for our wedding block and everything about it was outstanding. The communication, the grounds, the location, the rooms, the breakfast, the shuttle, and the price. The staff were INCREDIBLE. Every guest raved about it. It was so much better than any other option in the area and I am so thankful we used them.

10/10 all around!!! I lived here for about a month and it was a great experience. The amenities were just what I needed to live comfortably. What’s more, the front desk and breakfast staff members were the friendliest, most helpful people. They really care about thier residents. Not to mention the breakfast was absolutely delicious everyday. Many amenities around the property made the whole experience an A+.

This has been by far the best hotel I have ever been for work purposes. It has a full kitchen and all the acomodations you could possibly need. The shuttle’s service is excellent and the employee’s kindess unremarkable. I would recommend this hotel a hundred times!
