Room was cleaned compared to my last stay 4months ago. The new housekeeping supervisor was very nice she seems to know what she has to do. The rooms were definitely much better. They also have new housekeepers who speak English which is a plus . Breakfast attendant is very unprofessional. She had her boyfriend or brother at work with her it’s kind of odd they are very loud and smokes outside in the front of building. Also had a tip jar. Front desk staff is amazing alway helps and very polite. I enjoyed my stay.

I was terrified after reading the recent reviews a AFTER I had already planned a stay through the Bonvoy app. Turns out this place is actually a pretty good value, maybe we just got a good room or something. A little dingy but to be expected when the room has direct access to the outdoors. The front desk check in guy was nice and efficient. Went the next night for towels and some refreshments and the lady working the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Forgot to ask her name but she deserves recognition for her welcoming attitude and smile. While we waited she was dealing with another guest who had an issue and was very courteous and patient. Anyway I guess it depends on your standards but for a few nights this place is a great value ($120ish a night I think we booked ant) and excellent location. Rooms are also humongous with full kitchen. Front desk lady I wish you the best!

I arrived late Friday evening. The Front desk staff was extremely nice and professional. The room smelled like cigarettes and had a few ants. I started the shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and asked them to send someone to look at it and she said no one was available, but she would put in a ticket to have it looked at in the morning. I asked if I could be moved to another room and she said they were sold out and she was sorry. Saturday morning I went down for the free breakfast and it was not available because people did not show up for work. I went out and in the afternoon, I called them to see if the hot water was fixed and they said it wasn’t but they moved me to another room. When I return to the hotel late Saturday night, they gave me a different room and I thanked them. When I got to the room, the door would not open and I tried several times. I walked back to the front desk and told them the keys did not work. They told me they had new keys and that they would reprogram the older keys and they should work. I took the new reprogrammed keys back to the unit and the door would not open, so I walked back to the office and told them it did not work. The gentleman walked me back to the room and was having a hard time opening the door, but he pushed and pulled really really hard and he told me I had to pull it really tight to get it to unlock. He was able to open the door and I went inside. The next morning I got up to leave and the deadbolt lock would not open to let me out. I called the front desk and they could not open it from the outside, so I let them in through the sliding glass. I went down for breakfast and again none was available. I decided this was enough and that I will check out of this Marriott and go to another. I told the front desk that I was not paying for the stay there and they said my credit card would automatically be charged. This is not the experience one should have when staying at a Marriott. I only stay at Marriott hotels because they have certain standards for all their hotels and this one did not meet it. They should not be allowed to have the Marriott flag!!

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn for two nights, and it was a disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was subpar. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful with basic inquiries. The room itself was far from what I expected. It was not properly cleaned, with visible dust on surfaces and an unpleasant odor lingering throughout. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and the towels provided were thin and worn out. Noise was another major issue. The walls were incredibly thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered was lackluster, with limited options and poor quality food. Overall, my stay at the Residence Inn was very disappointing and certainly not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not stay here. Marriott needs to take its name off this property. We booked multiple rooms as we were in town for a funeral. The first room they gave me wasn't clean; I opened the door and pillows were thrown across the room. The second room they gave me tv didn't work (the tv is also super small for the room size). The room doesn't have bedding for the pull out couch so you have to go back outside to the lobby. It gives motel vibes compared to other residence inns and I didn't feel safe walking to my room at night. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and it was stained. The bathroom is the size of a standard closet. The tub was peeling and the floor of the tub didn't feel secure. The breakfast was also lacking (potatoes weren't done) the first day so we didn't go back. In one of our rooms, we had to call maintenance repeatedly because the toilet wouldn't flush. Then to top it off, we were overcharged for our stay. Backstory: the original 2 bdrm suite we booked wasn't available (no a/c) so they were supposed to give us to single rooms at the sane price as we paid for the 2 bdrm suite. The manager was nice and resolved the issue with our bill after the first lady didn't want to assist me stating we didn't prepay for the 2 bdrm suite when we did. I was highly disappointed with this hotel. Also, the pool and fire pit didn't work. The only good thing was they had a grill we were able to use.

Run... It's definitely not Marriott quality. First, all rooms are accessible from outside. Rooms do have full kitchens, but they are so outdated. Half of the room light bulbs were out. Coffee maker with no pot. The bathroomm was nasty. Hair in the tub. The bathtub was rusty. Pool was not cleaned or open. I will not return to this location.

Gold Elit status with Marriott - means I had a lot of experience with various locations and levels of Marriott - this is THE worst experience. This Residence Inn is hard to imagine bad I wonder how they stay in Mariott group. Checked into a room that was only partially cleaned, switched to another room. The “new” room’s kitchen was dirty and so were the pots and utensils…etc. Desk on the loft was not sturdy and the chair had some kind of oil on it…. I’m not going to continue because it’s wasting of my time. ||Spent 4 nights there but didn’t bother the housekeeping because we saw housekeeping staff (yup, cleaning rooms with the doors open) throwing things around angrily, and that scared me off. ||Breakfast items were limited and quality was poor. Supposed to offer all day coffee. There was coffee in the afternoon when I checked in. Next day the place was empty. Checked with front desk she told me it was canceled.

Was kind of mortified staying here. Pulled in after dark, very little to no parking lot lighting. Door didn't open easily. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke and was not very clean. Opened the microwave to find a plate of old food...... and to top it all off I was charged 12 dollars a day for parking. Not in a ramp, not in a city where parking is premium. Won't go back.
