Positive: Very friendly staff. Wonderful hot breakfast. We stayed in a 2bedroom 2bathroom suite and loved the space. This is a pet friendly hotel too that only charged us a one time/trip fee of $100 for our week long stay. Negative: No office chair for the desk but I?m sure if we asked, they would have brought us something.

We had our room for four days/three nights over the long Labor Day weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful with every issue I had. The room we had (Studio w/ queen bed) surprised us when we walked in. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave with included dishes, cups and silverware were all things I must have overlooked when I read about the room. The only downside I have is that sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but I challenge you to think of the last time you laid on a sofa bed and said “wow this is comfortable.” The location is great with plenty of restaurants in the area and a walmart and a meijer a few miles away. Very deserving of my five-star review, we will certainly be returning to this location.

Place was very well maintained and clean. Front Desk Associate was very nice and helpful. I liked how every door into the building required a room key except for main door. Made me feel safer. Breakfast was good. I liked how they had To Go options packaged. They had 1/2 court basketball and an indoor pool. Large open space with grass for kids to play. Easy access to restaurants and the outlet mall was close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Great places for big family reunions. The staff was really nice and even let us the kitchen for our event. The rooms were a little smelly... but they we very accommodating and easily let us change rooms.

We felt uncomfortable.|We hoped to use this Residence Inn as our base when making family visits to the area but will not do so after this stay. In general the overall physical condition of the facility shows neglect but that was not the telling issue. We noticed that the TV in the Lobby/Breakfast Area was tuned to FoxNews during most of the times we saw it during our three night stay. It surprises us that the Management mixes politics with Business so overtly. To us it is a reflection of the hotel's general clientele and makes us uncomfortable that the other guests may be folks carrying concealed arms and might be hostile to us.

A really nice well kept hotel. Our suite had 2 full bedrooms with ensuite and a lounge/kitchen. It had a decent indoor pool (not heated but not cold) and a gym. Good breakfast (for the USA)!!

It's a non smoking building. People were smoking weed in the room next to us. We stayed for a week and noticed smoke multiple times. I don't think the non-smoking is enforced. The whole building smells musty like there's water damage. I saw water stains in the ceiling of our room and took pictures. Decent amenities in the room but it's dated. Toilets would not flush unless you held down the handle for an extended time and you had to push hard. TV service was dated, couldn't find a guide, it was a hassle to work with overall. It kept lagging the entire time I was there so basically couldn't watch TV though I was bed ridden half the time. My husband was trying to work from the room and the internet was terrible for him. Room service was hit or miss. Front desk was usually helpful when asked. But the lobby didn't feel like it was air conditioned when I tried to sit in there. Many large cracks and uneven level side walks, tripped multiple times. Mind you, I came into town for a big surgery and had to walk daily post op, per drs orders, so this was unsafe. The grounds were decent and grass mowed but the trees were hanging too low (running into them and ducking). Breakfast was ok, not sure it was fresh. Complimentary water and cookies available in the lobby. Didn't have any parking issues though the parking lot could be updated. It's more of a business area so I felt safe and felt my vehicle was safe. Building felt relatively safe getting in and out of. Not sure I'd stay here again. Especially for people who have sensitivities to mold or smoke.

You can tell this is an old hotel that they kind of just put lipstick on. The smells in the hallways are absolutely horrible. Like animals, urine or bad pickles... The room smelled better but still had some sort of "smell" masked by cleaners. Pool closes at 11, but if you show up later than 9:15 you can't get in. Was told the lock "times out" and there's nothing they can do. So, if someone isn't in the pool who can let you in, you can't get in. TVs are laggy and outdated. No hand soap by the sink, just a single purell wipe left where the bar of soap would be lol.

Amazing tacos! Favorite tacos I have tried around the area. They just changed from their food truck to having a new inside right where the food truck used to be and it’s very cute and clean inside. Always so friendly and happy here

If you're looking for the best tasting donuts from fun people, this is the place. If you're concerned about calories, not so much. From my POV, a pair of Avon donuts now and then are well worth a few extra miles on a bike. Best to get there early -

I love this taco truck. I try my best to try all the taco trucks in the area as there are a few, and this one is my favorite. They have great steak tacos and birria pizza. Trust me when I say get the family sized one.

They were great. The food was great, had that urban twist to it vs. a chain restaurant. But what really did it for me was the fast service AND I spilled my drink at the table, and before I even turned my cup upright, the lady was out with a towel to
