We stayed for 3 nights. We chose this hotel for it's closeness to Red Rocks, the bedroom suite, kitchen, free breakfast, pool, & good reviews. The room was well equipped & laid out nicely. Breakfast had options for our gluten-free, dairy-free family including breakfast meats rotated daily, oatmeal with a toppings bar, scrambled eggs (not everyday, some days were personal omelets with cheese), & bonus, Udi's muffins! The pool was good & yes, there is NO HOT TUB. The staff were all very friendly & welcoming. Quiet rooms, safe location. We really enjoyed our stay & would book here again!

We booked our stay several months ago to attend a concert at Red Rocks (The Head and The Heart.) We had researched a few hotels that were as close to Red Rocks as possible within our price range. We found this Residence Inn that was within 20 minutes or less from RR. When we pulled up, the front main entrance was very welcoming and inviting. We were happy to browse the main lobby areas while waiting to check in. Everything looked great from the lobby/dining area for breakfast, the gym, pool and outdoor seating area with a gas grill. Our room was on the first floor a trek from the main lobby, but it was nice being close to the parking lot and it was nice being able to access our room from the exit door near the lot. And we could use our key card to get in. Felt safe too. We were happy to see a full kitchen, with standard equipment like cups, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. the only spices that were available were salt and pepper. If I could make a recommendation, either bring or purchase an oil based product if you plan on cooking. We went grocery shopping and were able to keep items in the freezer and fridge. That was pretty great. We wanted to only eat out a few times while in town and cook for ourselves so that worked out well. The continental breakfast was pretty good. A nice variety. Happy to see gluten free muffin options. The bed was comfy and the pillows were exactly what we like. The a/c was nice, kept us nice and cool and the thermostat worked well. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay and would be back! The only downside was that we had problems with the television. When we would turn it on the screen would remain dark and would not be watchable. We notified the front desk on Sunday but no one from maintenance would be able to come look at it till Monday. Monday morning came along and someone came by, it worked again very briefly until they left and then it didn’t work again until we checked out Tuesday morning. It was a bit annoying, but they were apologetic about it. We’d still stay here again for sure. Definitely recommend this Inn if you’re planning a trip to RR for a show.

Positive: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. It was in a good area of town between downtown Denver and Red Rocks where we attended a concert. It was nice a quiet too. Negative: The breakfast quality of food was marginal. Our room?s television didn?t work well.

Spent 5 nights here while in town for concerts at Red Rocks. They night clerk greeted us with a smile at 2am and even upgraded our room. We missed breakfast the next morning but the breakfast staff was kind enough to heat up a couple breakfast sandwiches for us and gave us access to the juice and coffee. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. The kind bed was one of the most comfy hotel beds I’ve slept in. Only 15 minutes to Red Rocks. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed in room 332. I was told to leave without being informed that I have to leave. They never do this and said all rooms are sold out. I was told I was supposed to reserve at 8am but I'm starting to think that they're doing this to many people because even the housekeeper would ask me when I'm going to leave suddenly everybody start asking me when me and my kids have to leave so I spoke with the general manager and she questioned me asking why I didn't reserve yesterday but because nobody had told me nothing I have too much things in my room and I feel like they are doing this on purpose so that I leave and somebody richer than me can stay at this place I would not recommend this place to anybody who is not rich and you have to be rich in order to stay here but I do have money they have no idea.||||Also, general manager, Brenna or Brenda was rude. Asking "why didn't you reserve before then?"||||Then front desk Marie said "that's not my problem and that's your responsibility that you should know how busy we get"||||I have done rooms to extend and never had a problem. It is not kid friendly and I believe the next hotel room who stayed there for over a year complaint because they don't like kids. I had hotels call me if I like to stay or go. Do not go here they will tell you to leave last minute and take your money. Speaking from experience. Quality in and suites were cheaper and better and they would call and ask if we would like to stay or go. It's not an extended place. They don't want kids around. They don't like to hear a 20 month old screaming and yelling. Take your business who respects you and they charged my card 3 times.||||Updates!!||I spoke with the general manager Cory Fay. Oh wow rude rude and rude!!! Lol recorded him and he went off on me and said mean things to me. I had told him that that is not okay of how he talks to a customer he start questioning me questioning me and continue to question me because I was upset his customer service level is bad and I don't know why the CEO are not doing anything about this hotel but I feel like they need to be investigated because this hotel are not kid-friendly and they have people that's living there for years and who are also homeless as well I personally am not homeless have a place to go I am here for vacation and I work as a nurse with that said these people just don't care about nobody but themselves and I had checked him how customer service should work and customer service should be him listening to me understanding my concerns and to apologize to me that I am very very upset instead he continues to question me and Corey is the tall guy Young a little bit dirty blonde hair and be careful with that guy it's only nice to people who are white and I think they are racist here.||||To add this. I will spread the word as much as I can!!!. DO NOT COME HERE AS I RECORDED EVERY MESSAGE ON THIS HOTEL. Its not an extended hotel. You have to be rich. And that general manager was careless and over the phone he sounds morr rude than all the comments back he responds. Action are louder than words hun. Seriously, go get a new job. And stop trying to make marriott business bad. Everyone should be fired there. But I spoke to my attorney. And i already called the customer complaint i will make as much bad review as I can so no kids should suffer like i did. Both my kids started crying thay we had to leave last minute and i promised them i would take them swimming. The hotel, this hotel only likes rich white people. And when they saw us, we are judged by the color of our skin. And my oldest told me she cant believe the generosity was fake and that it is not permanent. These people welcome ypu a three day stay. They dont want you to be there. Even the housekeepeer contniue to ask when i need to leave. They only clean if you give them 20 dollars tips. Otherwise. They dont clean your rooms without money in return everytime. My room qasnt clwan 4 times already. Horrible experience

Positive: Location was quietly. Seemed safe. Negative: My only dislike was the rooms. We had to request our bedding be changed due to being full of dog hair on the sheets. Additionally, lots of long black hairs on the towels and in the showers. The cabinets in the kitchen area were also sticky and gross.

Did not feel safe at this location. Waited 10 minutes to hav someone get out of her chair to come to the desk. Asked to see the room first because the lobby smelled like cigarettes and bad body odor. Homeless people outside and empty shopping carts were laying alongside the road near the entrance. I asked the manager if this was a safe neighborhood and she hesitated a long time before she said “well, we do have security walking the parking lot and grounds.” It was a hard no for me, so we left to find a better Marriott down the road in Cherry Creek for an extra $50.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights while our daughter was in the hospital. The staff were very accommodating & friendly. The free breakfast was delicious, so many cold& hot options. The waffles were great & they were always replenishing the food as was needed. They also supplied a shower seat when our daughter returned from the hospital. It was a very pleasant experience staying here

The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The customer service great, they delivered extra comforters to our room upon request. The room was quiet and I was able to get wonderful sleep, even on New Year’s Eve. Adequate on site parking available.

Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
