Residence Inn Denver Aurora - Hotel in Aurora - 2600 S Abilene St, USA

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in long time. It was brand new with big rooms and a door-less shower! The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. They had an outside grill with tools where we cooked out with our friends one night. The location was convenient, easy on and off the highway. Heather the sales manager was so helpful.

The other hotels I usually stay it in town were booked. Have stayed at other Marriott's that have charging stations for electric cars. They do not have them here. There is no portico to unload bags under in inclement weather. No hot tub. The outdoor seating space is in constant use by those smoking weed. It may be legal in Colorado but, I still thought there were laws about how close you could smoke next to structures. Beds and pillows are for those that prefer hard mattresses. Which is not me, but I keep finding that at most Marriott hotels.

Loved it. I read that the breakfast was bad, but I guess they improved it. I think they even used real eggs. The staff went above and beyond to get me early check-in, and the service they provided almost seemed excessively nice. The room was clean. I was surprised to read some of the other reviews because they had a very diverse staff, and this was one of the best I've stayed at, and I've been an ambassador member. Edit: Also, dog friendly.

I love this place and the assistant general manager Michael!!!!!! He is always helpful polite and kind. I live near here but I need a break sometimes and they have a pool and have kiddos. I feel welcomed here and his service is honestly the best think Ritz Carlton. I come in here sometimes right after working overnights and he treats me like I'm the president!! To be honest all the staff is nice polite and helpful. They anticipate your needs and questions. Never an attitude . Best hotel in Aurora , in Colorado to be honest. As much as I love it here I'm scared to post this because I don't want other people to book them lol. But they deserve their kudos. It's always clean and just overall positive atmosphere.

Service was absolutely amazing, very close to the heart of Denver and Aurora. Did have something on my pillow case but they immediately took care of it. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Nice new hotel, just opened the end of 2023. We had an easy checkin once we located the front entrance. Our room was a corner room and was nice and spacious. Nice room layout. The bathroom could have had a brighter light above the sink to help you see what you were doing when getting ready. The bathroom was cold because no duct in the bathroom except for the exhaust fan which ran anytime the light switch was on. The lobby area was setup with various sitting places with a warming fire wall. The breakfast area was small but adequate. The kitchen staff did a good job of keeping the food options stocked. They were however a little slow in refilling the coffee and hot water dispensers. The gym had a good selection of workout items. The pool looked nice. The outdoor patio area had places to sit, a fire pit and a bbq pit. Parking was pretty easy to come by. Easy access off the freeway but didn't have an issue with traffic noise in our room. We only found an ice machine on the first floor. The only water bottle filling station was in the gym. Would for sure stay here again.

BAD service at front desk! Arrived about 4PM, nobody at the front desk for a while. They asked for my credit card to charge for the room while my company booked it for work and prepaid. They again wanted whoever booked to fill out the payment form and let me sit and waited for a long time when the form already emailed them back because the girl at front desk didn't know how to do it. Still they wanted my credit card again for incidents. Time now is 5:05 PM and I just got to my room. I've traveled for work all the time and had stayed at Holiday Inn, Hampton, Doubletree, Comfort Inn and never ever encountered such problem. I checked in and got the room in less than 5 minutes with other hotels since it's prepaid by company. The hotel breakfast has many choices, my room is clean and I have no complaints about anything else. If you wonder why they have medicore reviews, it's the employees who work at the front desk.

Rooms are awesome. Staff is cordial. I had a payment issue and the general manager Rick squared it away immediately. I love this place.
