We stayed here a year or two ago and the room/hotel was "tired", maybe a 2-3 star. It worked for what we needed at the time, an overnight airport stop. Fast forward to 2024 and my opinion of this hotel has completely changed. Our check-in was seamless, our welcome at the front desk and from the general manager made us feel truly welcomed. The room is perfect, loads of drawers for storage, charging ports, etc. I wish we were staying longer but we will enjoy our one night's stay. Cannot comment on breakfast yet as that will be tomorrow but hopefully I will be able to edit this posting and provide an update.||The only negative, and I know it is a personal one, I tend to choose Residence Inns, Towneplace Suites, etc because, in the past, a real coffee maker was available in the rooms. With the updates, it appears that the rooms now provide a "spit on" coffee maker for instant coffee instead of brewed coffee. I do hope the extended stay hotels go back to regular coffee makers.

I have stayed here before, it's been clean and well appointed. This time there were youth sports teams so the lobby was noisy, the pool was crowded, and the hallways were noisy and filled with dirty athletic shoes and gear. Our room was at the end of the hall, so it was quiet. Parking stunk, there is not enough parking at this location and then they charge you for it. I would not have made rest here if I had known I was going to be charged to park my car. Too many other nice hotels that do not charge for parking. That said, I won't be staying at this location again, despite the fact that it is a nice place.

You know when you're travelling somewhere and you have no idea what to expect in an area a facility or proximity? We hit the nail on the head. Great rooms, options, prices reasonable, bonvoy is a good loyalty program Everything clean, the staff was great. Breakfast is the real deal. Rory at the front desk made us feel super super welcomed from 1st moment until the last. The shuttle service was also great. Dave-o picked us up with as much cheer as someone happy to see us after a long separation, gave us clear direction for how to find out airport gates, and was just super on it with a quick trip to the airport. Also what a gem he was giving us advice to not let anyone steal our shine at a busy airport. Thank you Rory and SteveO!

I'd have given this one star, but the refund was easy - so that earns a bonus star. We checked in, then checked out without staying. This hotel has seen better days ... years ago. A few of the reasons: - the smell in the property and in the room (foul - with a layer of perfume to make it "better") - shredded screens (we opened windows to try to freshen up the smell in the room) - completely rusted door hinges - worn furniture (no one wanted to sit on the couch) - sink that didn't drain - oddly damaged wall "artwork" - cabinet door that wouldn't close This is all acceptable if you're staying somewhere for $89/night. But this isn't priced anywhere near that. Our all-in for a two-bedroom, one-night stay would have been $270+ (including a ridiculous $10 "extra person" charge - there's nothing "extra" about three family members in a two-bedroom unit with two queen beds). I'm currently at 30 nights in Marriott properties so far this year - and I've never experienced anything quite like this. We were told this property would be renovated in October 2024. It's overdue.

The layout of the 2 bedrooms were perfect but sadly I had to find another hotel because the carpet in this room was soiled and smelly. Not sure why it hadn’t been replaced before they let anyone reserve the room. I bought this to management’s attention and they were apologetic. Also the desk chairs were very worn as well as the kitchen appliances. Hopefully it’s replaced before the next person reserves it.

They had a glitch in their system and booked over their maximum room capacity. So, when we checked in, the hotel was already full. However, they really went above and beyond to compensate us. Super nice staff.

Staff was 10/10. They did great work, professional and were very accommodating. Only digs I have to give was the facilities such as several rooms have problems with the locks as in the deadbolts would stick open. Also I found large moths inside the rooms possibly came in from the vents or came in when the doors were open during cleaning (but they didn’t fly around the room till late at night so dunno). Final note of critique is the air fresheners they used in the lobby needs to be changed to a new scent or dialed back. Was really acrid to tire point I did not enjoy staying in the lobby for long. But I’m confident the above issues can be resolved and the staff was super awesome, the rooms were clean and the breakfasts tasty. 8/10 Would come again.

We had booked at the hotel across the parking lot and when we arrived they told us they overbooked and we had rooms at another hotel. They had the wrong hotel listed and eventually we were brought to the Residence Inn. The front desk staff were professional and helpful while helping us navigate this chaotic mess. They got us a room right away and sent us off with a smile. The rooms are definitely outdated, however, I was grateful that we had a place to sleep!
