This is one of my new favorite hotels in the area. I needed a work retreat to get a lot of work done and it was perfect and quiet. The staff were amazing, especially Sean and Edgar (and lots of ladies!). I was able to print my work docs as needed which was great. And the free breakfast was better than most. I love how the rooms have a desk and a couch with a table, and a small table. And the firepit was awesome to sit at day or night. I would come back for sure when I get the chance!

Apparently not all Marriott Residence Inn’s have the same exceptional standards. Compared to the other ones we’ve stayed at, this one is the worst and begins with the general manager who I spoke to after the first week of stay and earlier today after it’s been two weeks of stay. “His” choices for breakfast buffet are not good and when I made recommendations and requests, he said NO to it and I asked for a menu and he said no. There’s also less space so it’s not spread out and causes a traffic jam and food runs out quickly due to having half of the serving containers to fill with food than the other Residents Inns. The first night we checked in there were two dirty showers with different colors of hair in each, severely scratched up teflon frying pans which we told that’s all there is in all of the rooms. So we had to buy our own brand new frying pans just to cook a descent, hearty breakfast. Also, the beds are small, uncomfortable to sleep on and the bedding is minimal and not “Marriott Suite” standards. Forget also about any relaxing bubble baths. This residence suite does not feel, look or smell cozy. Housekeeping is supposed to come every week to do a deep clean, which didn’t happen on schedule today, so far it’s been deep cleaned only once, brought it to the general manager’s attention earlier today and he said he would have a talk with housekeeping and get it taken care of, still hasn’t been cleaned and no follow up 2 1/2 hours later. There’s good restaurants and nail place within walking distance, little noisy because of the train and train tracks, otherwise the location is ok.

Very beautiful. Quiet. Clean. The front desk lady who helped me check in on Tuesday was super sweet, understanding and helpful. I would recommend this place to others

Always a great stay. Staff is very nice, and always remember me. I know I'm here a lot, but that effort goes a long way. Remodeled rooms are outstanding. Can't even think of anything to complain about; highly recommended if you're in the area.

My husband booked a suite through Marriott website and received a confirmation number, only to find out the hotel had to cancel our reservation due to overbooking. We were already staying in a 1 bedroom suite when this occurred. Having to find another hotel and move out of our suite was stressful, to say the least. My husband never even received confirmation of the hotel canceling the reservation. In 2024, you would think more advanced technology would be implemented at this point! Truly disappointing! I would have appreciated the hotel to compensate for a % of our stay or something along those lines. After all, we booked directly with the Marriott Hotel website.

Great for business in the area. The rooms are clean, the staff members are nice, and it is a decent location. Full kitchen in room - full-size refrigerator for those who like to eat their food. Stove, fully stocked with cookware, etc. ||My only comment would be to brighten the color palette of the hallways and rooms. The grey is so dark and somewhat depressing. It is dank and lonely feeling. Albeit the hotel itself is very clean and up to date. Lighter colors and yellows would feel so much more welcoming and cleaner.

Manager Edgar Rosas was unwilling to work with us when we had to cancel a stay due to a family emergency. Took a payment of $3,482.40 for a stay that no one used. Was not willing to work with us even after I asked for a partial refund. All because I mistakenly booked at the advanced rate. My bad but we had every intention of using the hotel. Sadly Mr. Rosas and his co-worker John didn't seem to care.
